When your pantry is on the other side of the wall from the garage, you've gotta have a little grocery unloading door in that wall! 🚪Even though the garage in this model is set up as offices, it still would have been a nice little feature to think about. They could have kept it locked.
@@t-man152 I've seen several at my local builders' association's parade of homes, as well as a few online. They may not be mainstream yet, but they're out there. I hope they do catch on and show up more often because it's a great time saving and efficiency improving idea!

It's great...but most excuisite.... I think the best thing about this house is the multiple hallways for maximum privacy without ruining the flow.

That's a new one. Two doors in a pantry so one in by the garage that is smart. That may be a little down the road for architects.

Nice kitchen but the dining area has no place for a hutch or anything like that
MY only complaint is the dining area has too many windows not allowing for China hutch/buffet/sideboard.
That's an easy fix
Some folks are building the hutch into the end of the kitchen cabinetry on that side.
