The base price includes the tray ceiling and ceiling heights as you see in the model. The front elevation of the home is part of that base price as well as the windows And size of the sliding glass doors and transom windows. The flooring and cabinets are upgraded. You would need to pick a homesite and there have been very low premiums, even $0 lots. The white kitchen cabinets and gourmet kitchen are upgraded but they are giving between $15-$40k in incentives when using their preferred lender you can use to make those upgrades.

There will be more GL communities jn Riverland, Port St Lucie. I haven’t heard of any new communities coming to Palm Beach other than Apex in Avenir, but I’m imagining there will more be since they’re a big developer for Palm beach county. Let me know if I can assist you further!

The beach is about 30-35 minutes away from Tradition. The downtown area would be considered Tradition Square with restaurants that have indoor/outdoor seating, outdoor events, food truck fridays, live music and shopping.

Also, I noticed that the interior of homes is cheap as well, they use cheap tiles, wallpapers, carpets in 600-750k homes, trying to squize the profit.

I’ve been saying for a while now Port St. Lucie doesn’t have value to have houses worth over 500k.. it’s far from everything, all of it is overpriced
