Door Panel Replacement | 1969-1970 Mustang

Bill shows you how to install a replacement door panel on your 1969-1970 Mustang.

Those look like well made panels.
AMK Products sells the correct rivet for the front of the door pull cup, and that aluminum bracket is homemade not factory.
Deluxe door panel clips are supposed to have the little foam pads on them, and don't forget the sticky backed decor disc to cover the crank handle screw too.

I bought cj 70 door interior but its flimsy, the one in video looked liked hard plastic. Are there two different types?

The Plastic ones are too flexible, they look great but are bad replacements overall. The door handle cups squeeze into the armrest because the foam isn't firm enough. You need to buy the Classic Industries one instead. It does NOT come with the outer window felt, so you will need to put that on yourself.

I just received my new door panels from you folks and my new panels did NOT come with the door lock grommet or the inner beltline even there, let alone installed. Matter of fact, you have to order the beltline and grommet SEPARATE and at a cost of $103.00 more for the inner and outer pair!! You guys wanna make good on that claim??
That's alot of extra money now and then time spent on installing that beltline....the original factory ones are STAPLED through the metal and I have no way of doing that.
