My boyfriend and I went to Monterey CA (we only lived about 3hr drive away) to go diving. We went and had a great dive. We had kayaks anchored so when our gauges said we were getting low on air we started back to our kayaks. So I'm behind my boyfriend and all of a sudden I just stopped and kelp came and wrapped all around me!! Oh crap! Some kelp had snagged my tank valve and had me stuck. My boyfriend had looked back at me a couple minutes before and I was fine. So, this is where training kicks in. I thought for a minute and tried my knife but couldn't cut the kelp (it's really tough stuff) So I decided to try going vertical. After doing that, the kelp just fell off and I was free!!!! I was only in 20ft of water so I just ascended. When I saw my boyfriend getting ready to find out why I wasn't right behind him. Training is so important because I would never had done what I did, and without panicking, if I had not been properly trained things would have ended early differently.
The ocean can eat people in sooo many different ways. A skydive/surfer buddy in socal, told me about a bad dream he kept having. About sharks. A month later he took a surf trip to Costa Rica. He was killed surfing. Body washed up , shark bitten.
The U.S. government would be more likely to claim they don't know what a craft is, rather then confirm what was seen was in fact one of their highly advanced, classified craft.
I get so wrapped up in his stories that I can visualize it. The emotions i feel are like i am a there i hold my breath, sometimes i cry, but in the end i always pray.

Living in AR, I know full and well bobcats sound like a person screaming. It surprises me to hear a story about a person who didn't know they can make a noise that sounds like a human screaming, they are not afraid of humans, and they are not nocturnal. They are crepuscular.
Meanwhile the other half of us are keen campers that hope that if the worst ever happens, it's strange, dark and mysterious enough to make it onto a Mr ballen video 😂 xxx

Finally someone brings a pistol while camping. I’m not for violence I’m much towards protection. I’m also aware that my existence is more valuable than any camping gear. This was a no brainer (the first story).

Jeez, I keep forgetting that I'm on a different TH-cam channel and not on the actual MrBallen one. He says to look for something in the description, or pinning a certain comment at the top or whatever, and I'm like.... Uhhhhh, where? 🤣 I do like these hour + Blocks of stories though. I can listen while I'm getting some work done and it's pretty much all story and not all the intros and Johns obligatory plugging certain products for his sponsors or whatever. Sometimes his ads are funny, but while I'm working I would rather just listen to stories one after another without any interruptions for a while save for hitting skip on the TH-cam ads popping up once in a while. It's a crazy world we live in apparently since it seems he never runs out of interesting stories to tell. Gotta give the guy props, he obviously takes a lot of time to thoroughly research every possible angle of each story, and gives us a version with as much unembellished, unbiased detail as possible while also not allowing the stories to drag out too long and become stagnant before reaching the conclusion. Just to stay safe, if you are a hiker esp bobcats are not nocturnal. Neither are cougars, aka mountain lions, puma. All the same creature. Most all attacks occur in daylight.

When it was extremely cold I went up to my younger brother and smacked both of his ears extremely hard, but I did not mean to slap his ears that hard. with todays technology it would take several thousand years to reach them, also things like gravity length of the days seasons air contents would differ to some degree, the technology to reach these planets is still at least 200 years away at a wild guess

I was salty when I saw youtube had put your channel on at first because I'm not sure how I feel about taking someone else's content and making it your own, but I guess Mr.Ballen probably makes most of his money from the video well before it makes it on to one of your compilations.
these two conditions barely say something. it doesn’t mean they have oxygen, or livable climate. most of these planets are tidaly licked to their stars, as these are red dwarves which makes a green zone too close to the planet, and tidal lock is a huge disadvantage: volcanic hyperactivity, radiation etc., as red dwarves are known for their violent flares. I love to dream about space, but we must be very cool and patient :)

If only the TH-cam algorithm didn't hide older content from viewers I would just watch on the original channel, but I've heard a few stories that I hadn't heard before because of your videos. I was salty when I saw youtube had put your channel on at first because I'm not sure how I feel about taking someone else's content and making it your own, but I guess Mr.Ballen probably makes most of his money from the video well before it makes it on to one of your compilations.

these two conditions barely say something. it doesn’t mean they have oxygen, or livable climate. most of these planets are tidaly licked to their stars, as these are red dwarves which makes a green zone too close to the planet, and tidal lock is a huge disadvantage: volcanic hyperactivity, radiation etc., as red dwarves are known for their violent flares.
