It turns out that whenever you find a power moon, it merges with the actual moon to increase its mass. Because of the amount of times Ant has played SMO, the moon has become BEEG and now is massive enough to completely change Mario’s gravity while it orbits the mushroom kingdom 🍄
Also apparently the moon has a really wack orbit period

It would be interesting to see a version of this mod where the user controls the gravity, and then to see how many Moons you could get with JUST gravity manipulation (So no jumping, using Cappy, etc. The only button you could press would be the gravity change one and maybe A to talk to people).
Yes good idea but you need cappy so skip cappy as much as possible 2-3 captures(after boss 1 topper, ruined to get to the boss and moon bowser to get to the end of the game)
I think it would be cool just with player control over gravity alone

You can get to ruined boss with the gravity changes (duh) and there’s a loading zone for the Cascade cutscene and the ending cutscene

Probably the funniest part to me was during the 2D section in Wooded Kingdom where Mario just kinda floated around whenever the gravity wasn't up or down. Kinda reminded me of Jelly Mario, without the effects.
