I played against the demonlordxxx imposter and he went BC Mine. I think I remember 4 gating as soon as I saw the name and he didn't have anywhere near as many units as you do. Was fun though.
@uthermal the "bug" with the alt key is happening in many games for decades. Basically when you press ALT+Tab you press ALT first so the game registers "ALT is pressed" when you then are outside of the game the game never gets the input "ALT button was released" the ALT button is still pressed ingame.
By tabbing the ALT key again it's fixed because then the game gets the inputs "ALT is pressed" and "ALT was released" again and everything is fine.
I don't know why it doesn't happen every time, sometimes the games seem to still get the "ALT was released" input and sometimes not.
Lurkers are a hard counter to battle cruisers. It makes it impossible to land battle cruisers when lurkers are out on the map. Its OP!
True. Lurkers prevent the hammerhead land slide.
Lurkers are shit vs mech. So terran just switches to thors and wins. End of story.
Hey four eyed ones, someone at work told me a story about finding a thing, in the abode of your kin. More than one guy like a lot of dudes have encountered this. Do you all really worship the Omnissiah?
Here's what you do: line the wall on the low ground with widow mines (they can't have buildings on the high ground, though), teleport BC behind mineral line, fly BC over the cliff where the widow mines are. Profit.
I'm not really convinced by this strat of lifting CCs to save them from Corruptors, marc 😂 banger games tho, the Terran creep looking strong!!
you can fly away to the turrets and the attack will stop after couple meters

That's what I call a proper BC mine episode. Second game was simply beautiful. Especially after infestors joined the party.

got myself BC rushed at 4:55 in a bronze 3 TvT game yesterday, i was incredibly frustrated because the only counter is raven-cyclone, which essentially locks you out of any creativity and/or harassing before the 6 minute mark.
I wouldnt say BCs are overpowered at all, but they are a very strong unit that requires a control group to take down, and you just dont have that before 7-8 minutes outside of high MMR, and a single BC is MUCH stronger than a single Carrier or Ultralisk, and id even argue its superior to a lone Mothership (mothers require a dedicated build and are worthless to TvT scan spam). So i think they should time gate the BC a little more, such as a 100 second research timer in the fusion core to allow production, OR make the warp a FC research to prevent the rush from being so strong.
I know im bronze, but even golds are sick of how dominant BC rushing is

With the term "mistake" there is a lot of subjectivity. That being said, anything that leads to a negative overall consequence which leads to a loss would be considered a mistake. Yes, it was a mistake, but one that was well calculated, and ultimately very small due to the trade value.

it's satisfying when your opponent makes the right move because it's a sign that you're facing a worthy opponent. I get the opposite feeling when playing a game like chess or connect 5 when I can see 5-10 moves ahead of my opponent sealing their fate in. And I tell myself it's time to wrap it up. Not saying that I'm particularily good. Just saying it sucks to play with someone not at the same level.

You should do "energy abilities only" to grandmaster: no scvs only mules (maybe after saturating your main), damage has to come from raven abilities, ghost snipes, medivac heals, and yamato but any BC has tele away after using yamato.
