    Thank you for sharing helpful information. The yoga teacher is a very good host and explained asanas very clearly with positivity. Hansama is the best as always!!

    The twisting asana was terrible for my back, I had severe upper back pain for 1 week. Not criticism, just wondering what i did wrong even though I started slowly with that asana. However I strongly recommend the rest of the asanas but slowly and carefully. Thanks to yoga institute for setting these up so all can benefit.

    Do not perform any bending of the spine first thing in morning wait 1 hr or go for a fast walk before hand .reference : Stuart McGill proffessor of spine . And lower back - please do your research and best of health everyone .

    Could u guide what easy aasans that can be done for senior citizens who is suffering from right side pain from head to toe.
    Back pain because of spine injury 4years back.
    Has oestoarthris.

    Don't mess with the spine, these should be done with a teacher, with supervision especially if you have pain already. You can land in deeper problems if you do without first consulting a doctor or highly specialized yoga instructor. Yoga instate has classes.

      Never
      do any spine bending exercises straight after waking up allow 1 hr , or go for afast walk before hand . For your condition see and any back or spine issue refer to proffessor Stuart McGill’s book body mechanic . Stuart is a spine and back specialist best of health to you

    All those Poses are not for me sorry,I had on Car Exident and broke the spine!So Cant twist!Did this Twisting many times and can’t move anymore!And have a rounded back ,can’t do the Lifting off the arms I’m not Superwomen!
