How can I get my outlook emails to my mail icon on my iPhone. I accidentally deleted the mail icon and all the emails disappeared, but I can still log into outlook to see my mails

I have my gmail emails using apple mail app. Recently they stopped syncing with my iPhone/Mac/iPad. iPhone and Mac say 521 emails, iPad says 170. I delete emails from my iPad but they don't on my other devices. I deleted and reinstalled the mail app. Now I can't see the "mail" app listed on the ones that are "apps using iCloud". It's not listed so I can't toggle it on. It shows iCloud mail but I don't use that, I use gmail. Very confusing.

I accidentally deleted my Apple mail app. Reinstalled it. It brings me to a page to choose different mails. I click on gmail. It asks me to choose my gmail account. I enter my password. After few second, it brings me back again to the same page to choose an account & it won’t let me add my account. Please help me. It is really frustrating.

My grandma’s account wouldn’t work so I thought delete and reinstall it and it got rid of it all, we did the instructions and soooo many of them show “No Sender” what do we do, my grandma has so many important bills on it that she needed to do and now its gone
