So Boss Small gets a carbon copy of a message not to him, he's not mentioned or addressed in the message; he just sees that he just got a copy so he can stay in the loop. Ask me what [BCC] stands for

Not sure what version of iOS you are using, but newer version of iOS have the account setting under Mail setting now.
