Thank you. I've no idea other than when I topped the oil up it started. Might have just been coincidence.

And what are the manifold fasteners? 😅😅
Thank you. The exhaust gasket is metal as I recall and the inlet was rubber. No sealant is used. The sealant was used on the timing chain cover.
