Nice video, explained very well. Just one q about the first experiment Any reason why you grew tilapia, they are not native species. Better to use the native pearl spot karimeen.

Yes, Karimeen is a good native fish species.
But Tilapias multiply and grow fast and are also easily available. That is why I started on this experimental venture using them to test proximity

Sir, I have a small concern. Mangroves have a big geological role in low lying areas in land building, since they shed their leaves faster than they can completely decompose. I don't know how slow they are when potted though. We have just built a small tank (about 10/2 feet) with a vertical water feature wall. From your experience would a potted Mangrove shed too much for this tank?

Any tree when planted in pots shall have growth restrictions, unlike when planted on ground. Mangroves too shall have the same principle of growth. So, as its total growth will be less, the leaves shed will also be in accordance to that only.

പാമ്പുകളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള പേടിയാണ് നമ്മളുടെ പ്രശ്നം. അങ്ങനെ പാമ്പുകളി പേടിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. അങ്ങനെ പാമ്പു വീട്ടിലേക്കു കയറി വരുന്നതപൂർവമാണ്. എന്റെ വീടിനു ചുറ്റും വെള്ളം കെട്ടി നിർത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട് ഒരു പക്ഷെ അതൊരു കാരണം ആകാം അവ വീട്ടിനകത്തേക്ക് വരാത്തത് . പിന്നെ ചെടികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും പാമ്പുകൾ വരാം. ചെടികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവ അതിനുള്ളിൽ തന്നെ അങ്ങോതുങ്ങി കൂടാനാണ് സാധ്യത......പുറത്ത ആളനക്കം ഉള്ളടുത്തെക്ക് വരില്ല.
രസകരമായ ഒരു കാര്യമെന്തെന്നാൽ, കണക്കുപ്രകാരം കേരളത്തിൽ ഈ വർഷം കാട്ടാന ആക്രമിച്ചും പാമ്പു കടിച്ചും മരിച്ചവരുടെ എണ്ണം 22 ആണ്. എന്നാൽ,മോട്ടോർ അപകടത്തിൽ പെട്ട് മരിച്ചവർ മൂവ്വായിരത്തിലധികമാണ്. അപ്പോൾ നാം ഭയക്കുന്നത് പോലെ പാമ്പൊരു അപകടകാരിയല്ല
