I've been watching your videos for a couple years now and I'm so happy I came across this one before my husband and I's trip to Vegas! We ate dinner at Bacchanal Buffet and it did not dissapoint!! Wicked Spoon was great when it first opened but now it's average at best. Top 3 buffets in Vegas are: Bally's Sterling Brunch, Bacchanal and Studio B at M Resort.
Bacchanal was hands down one the most completely enjoyable meals of my life. Never have i had that many, expertly prepared, flavorful and diverse dishes at one time. The staff was exceptional and this was all after a 1.5 hour wait in line. Can't wait to go back

At a buffet you have to eat smart. Go for the more expensive items first like the meats and seafood. Leave the carbs like rice,mac and cheese etc out till the last part. That way you eat your money's worth

I have to say the bone morrow, it was very tasty. They said it the best buffet in Vegas and I had to try it. Very busy but the staffs were nice. However, you have only 90 mins to eat.
When the Wicked Spoon first opened, it's was $24.99 for dinner, stayed that way for a couple of years, at that price point, it was a no brainer, same food, half the current price. I ate at the Bacchanal on Thanks Giving, it was okay, a few great dishes like the Wagyu, but honestly, if I had paid for it, I wouldn't have been happy. The one thing I will say, Caesars will play the holiday pricing game with the Bacchanal, moving the price well north of $60 for any holiday they can come up with, St Freds day in Bulgaria, yep that's holiday pricing, so if you go, don't be shocked at the price not being the one advertised and be prepared to wait, lines can get very long.

The buffet is awesome but the food is so rich I couldn't eat it all at once. I would have to stay for 2+ hours to get my moneys worth and it completely lacks atmosphere. I would rather spend $80 person at some fine dining with good service and wonderful atmosphere.

I heard the price went up recently. I went for my birthday back in February and we drank so much Veuve Cliquot it made the trip worth it. They don't carry that champagne anymore though
You should definitely come to Inparadise buffet in Taiwan! It’s about $50 per person, pretty good price for one of the BEST BUFFET in Taiwan. They have wide variety of super fresh seafood and some awesome quality dishes. Don’t forget to make reservations though cause it’s quite popular. I’ve tried bacchanel in Vegas before but honestly it’s not even closed to Inparadise buffet😅 Love your video so much❤️
I tried bacchanal this past June and it was amazing. The meat carving station, the seafood, taco bar (authentic tacos too), and asian food were my favorites. Even their ramen was good and had good quality pork belly.
I would take Mike's food opinions with a grain of salt. He either gets paid/comp to do it or the place knows who he is and go way out of their way to make it better than normal. The result, your experience may vary...... by a lot.

@@horseplop9 They just recently closed, it was an absolute soul crusher. My favorite place is Early Bird Diner, they also put a boneless fried pork chop on top.
They must have redone their buffet since February. When I was there, there were hardly any items, it was close to a two hour wait and the only things we had that were really worth mentioning was the prime rib, mashed potatoes, and the pizza. There was no mac and cheese bar, either and NO seafood, not even shrimp. Where the crab boil was in your video, it was chicken feet. There was also no pho there as well. No bone marrow either. I hope that they've revamped it because for $50 per person plus the wait time, it was huge disappointment. In other news though, we are avid viewers of your channel and because of you, we recently took what we called "The Mike Chen Chicken Tour" across Tennessee, which was spectacular, so thanks for that!

l am jealous, bone marrow, first exsperience was in New Hamshire, and all l can say is OMG freaking amazing, it was so good.
