Am PP I’m so glad you are enjoying them. I only did 100’s prep in this video because we don’t teach full 100’s until the 2nd Module in the Basi Foundation Program and these are from Module 1. Take care
Antonella Micheli Hello Antonella, with Osteopenia I would stay away from Flexion of the Spine and include more hinges, extension and strength of the entire body, if you are doing my workouts I suggest you modify where needed so as I am always trying to do continue to educate yourself in regards to Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.😊
