    No how many times I do this and especially with lock down this is my happy place this class relaxes not only me but reminds me to really think about my body. Thank you I adore this routine

    Thank you Sheri, I love your short workouts because I have no time for the long ones, I feel so relaxed once I finish. I have a question: did you do only the 100 prep?

      Am PP I’m so glad you are enjoying them. I only did 100’s prep in this video because we don’t teach full 100’s until the 2nd Module in the Basi Foundation Program and these are from Module 1. Take care

    Hello and thank you Sheri ...have you got other strenghtening workouts our workouts...please can you tell me for osteopenia can i do your worouts ?

      Antonella Micheli Hello Antonella, with Osteopenia I would stay away from Flexion of the Spine and include more hinges, extension and strength of the entire body, if you are doing my workouts I suggest you modify where needed so as I am always trying to do continue to educate yourself in regards to Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.😊
