Web combos aren’t the most optimal but his neutral is exceptional and kill execution is very good too I feel like that’s why he’s excelling in this meta

when I think of "TAS Sheik" being hypothetically broken the move I think of is down tilt. if you could hit that move with perfect accuracy, perfect turnarounds and spacing every time the character would jump up a tier not related to the match just a thought I've had for a while
