Canning Bone in Chicken Thighs-

Bone in chicken is one of my favorite things to can. This makes my weeknights easy. I can make quick, easy, delicious meals in just minutes. This is one of the things my daughter requests on a regular basis. I also will take a jar to work for lunch with friends. I just love this recipe.
