Note: this is a default setting random map strategy. Strategies for other game settings will be made in the future.

I had a few questions: My version doesn’t allow me to get the population counter, how do I get that? I also am unable to queue villager production - is that a mod? Build two houses at the beginning. No reason to delay.
It can slow down your berries and slow down your 7th villeger. Lots of very good people don't make their second house until the 6th or 7th villeger.
This looks really strong on a explored map. Any way to counter it if you are fast bronzing?
+CentaurW4 It is indeed. Therefore, if you are playing on an explored map, players, usually agree to not attack in the tool age. I will do a video on what to do if you are being rushed and you want to go to the bronze age.

I just can't respect many rush strategies. I like to play the long game with builds and massive armies. But I understand preferences.
well, AOE is all about attacking your opponent before they're ready
Do dead animals rot slower than in AOE2? I see people killing all the animals and just leaving them there a lot more in this game
They run too far to be feasible for food, is better to kill them all in a kind of decent spot

do the ai cheat on hardest?
I know that they start with more resources, I don't think they use cheats.
They use many more resources. I would just play them on hard. default pathfinding seems to help the computer perform better also sometimes.
@@jamisojo The AI starts with +500 to all resources on Hard, and +2000 on Hardest. If you want it to start with the same amount of resources as you, play Moderate.
