Good Lord, Crystal, how many hours do you have in a day? You get so much done, you’re amazing. And this? This is the most gorgeous, sumptuous cardigan I’ve seen this year. Just beautiful. Illinois must be proud of you, I am, & only through my sister deciding that crochet would help me deal with Depression & Anxiety. She gave me a skein of yarn & a hook & said, “All you need now is Crystal” I had no idea what she was talking about, but she fired up my iPad & went straight to Bag o Day, I’ve been in & out ever since. I still suffer with anxiety, but who wants to go out anyway, when I can stay in & crochet, right? So I feel like you & Mr BoD are my friends, I’ve watched your children grow up, your pets too, I’ve gone shopping with you & learned how to make dirt pies. I can honestly say that my sister knew exactly what she was doing. Thank you for all that you do & all that you are.
Crocheting helps calm my anxiety. It keeps me busy and my mind focused. It makes me feel accomplished when I finish so that helps with depression.
Beautifully stated❣ I know we all have the same hours and minutes available in each day... But... I swear Crystal seems to power through hers 👌 at a great rate of knots and I'm left in the dust, wondering what I did with my time😲...Yikes...

This is my FAVORITE video! Because of this one video, I can make any sweater I want. You show how to measure to make any size. All I really need to know now, is the stitch multiple and I can make any sweater I want. You are so creative and such a great teacher. YOU give me confidence and assure us, we can DO IT!!!

Oh sweetheart. I crocheted a shawl for my daughter before she died, but it got thrown away, I was devastated. I made another for myself thinking that my granddaughters could have one each when my time comes, but now there is only one 😓🙁
I love this but saw another TH-camr copy this pattern and claim it as their own. They just changed the pocket style. So sad that people feel this is okay. Thank you Crystal for staying true to this craft many of us love so much. I'm in the process of making this for myself right now.

You are the same height and probably weight as I am so I think your sizes will fit me! Considering all the things you do, your yarn reviews, tutorials, giveaways, and so much more, I don't know how you can crochet so fast and get so many things made! I've been crocheting a long time but never really felt comfortable trying to make clothing or sweaters... hats and scarves, shawls and blankets are basically it. Just seen this. So tempted to have a go but can't imagine it with a different wool. Doubt whether I could get anything like that here in New Zealand. Love watching your tutorials. So easy to follow. You are a great teacher.
I would be surprised if you can't get anything similar in NZ, at least by ordering online. I've just checked that Hobbii's Fantasy and Fantasy Jumbo are both close to the yarn she used, and with a similar effect. You'd of course have to wait for a while for a package to arrive all the way from Denmark if you chose to order from them 😂 Just one option, I was just looking into substitutions of this yarn yesterday for another pattern by Crystal and found these.
Given the way our weather is behaving I'm going to need this soon. Absolutely beautiful and the colour is gorgeous. I only wish I could make things as fast as you do Crystal.

I got this cardigan kit from Mary Maxim in the grey yarn. I am making it for my daughter. It is fun! I am taking measurements to make it in a different weight in some Noro yarn. Can't wait to take pictures and show you 😊
