Great rebuild. I tend to use build lube or at least oil on assembly for initial startup and I thought it was best to pre-soak the clutch pack before install - but I am no expert - I bet you've done enough of these to know what's needed and what's not. Thanks for the video.
If the user of this motorcycle, especially at the beginning, moves carefully, the clutch plugs will properly saturate with oil. But Dad and I, in the old days, always oiled it, just to be sure. I remember getting soaked in it a few times. Perhaps these presented shields do not need it. Regards!

you're right, the factory recommends lubricating the clutch before assembly.

O pedal de partida ele nem trocou a mola kkkk deu a partida e voltou com a mão. Coisa mal feita tudo errado

Vdd aí de 2000 a 2008 consertaram esse vazamento e passou a ter outro atropelamento de válvula.

O Menor já sabe encaixar as peças do motor agora só falta aprender a lubrificar na montagem. Primeira partida tudo a seco arranhando
CDI era top ,não precisava de bateria ,e esse motor continua sendo muito bom é de baixo custo de manutenção
Esse motor é 4 marchas né eu tenho uma cg bolinha ano 82
