    I have a 2022 FJR, nice to ride, put 7000+ km last year between Canada and US, what can I say, love it.

    The FJR originally didn’t come with a topbox. It’s an afterthought and doesn’t look good on the bike. At higher speeds it makes the bike less stable. Just leave it off and buy a waterproof softbag. Furthermore respect the weight especially at low speeds. You will drop the bike if you don’t.

    My 2005 FJR has just had a second set of fork seals replaced - its only repair. Riding it is like putting on an old pair of slippers - fits so well and comfortably.

    Very good overview of our FJR. This will help more ppl. to decide to graduate to FJR. I move to FJR from a 600 cc sports bike. This bike allows you to drive like crazy if you wish and at the same time it's a comfy cruiser. I just love it. It's a perfect bike for a comfy long weekend ride and at the same time has the power to compete with any sports bikers. Thanks for sharing the video.

    I own a 2019 and find it a very easy bike to ride slow - the engine is very tractable, the fueling is good. I find the gearbox very good and it has so much power you never need to use all of it. It is a bike that will do everything effortlessly. Touring for 4000 km with two people and luggage in the USA in summer I was getting 4.44 L/100 km - about 64 Impg - really good.

      A perfect machine in my opinion. Would buy a new one, but in my country they discontinued it. Now I have the Tracer 9. Drop by to check my content. Thanks a lot. Cheers.

    Owned a 2016 never had any problems with it at all. Excellent sport tourer, best work putting highway miles behind you quickly. At 625 pounds and carrying its weight up high with a wide and somewhat tall seat it was a challenge on gravel and loose pavement. Sold mine because my riding habits no longer fit what the bike excelled at. I’d recommend one to anyone.

    Very good review, might get one instead of the Gold wing

    • @Jagshemasher
      @Jagshemasher 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I like Gold Wings but a bit too large for day-to-day use. From a touring perspective the FJR will do almost everything a Wing will do but is lighter and can really hustle when you need it to. It is also a lot less $ than a Gold Wing.

    Love this bike. Just purchased my 2nd one. Perfect for riding in the hill country (Texas). It is light to me compared to my other big touring bikes. I ride mostly in the southwest, so liquid cooling is a must. Do yourself a favor and get an Ivan tune. Makes a big difference.

    I bought my 2014 FJR 1300 in 2021 with just over 12k mikes on it for $9,000 Dollars, the bike has a mild tune and slip on after market exhaust. I have only had to replace tires on this bike since I owned it and it now has 30k mikes on her. The performance is exceptional, none of the Harley riders can touch the bike in race even with their cams, tunes and exhaust upgrades. I can see this bike easily going 100k mikes no problem and I will not sell it as there's nothing better for the price in my opinion

    BS video--He calls it FIZER? Likely an AI voice translating a script, not a guy who actually rides.

    I was really looking hard at an Fjr until I found out it only gets a claimed 40-45 MPG by Yamaha ...when 30-35 is what actual owners claim....the Fjr weighs 650 lbs and my Camry weighs 3480 lbs, and get about 30 mpg....why does the Fjr burn so much gas?.

    What is a Fiser 1.300? This is ignorant AI stuff. I can't believe a word of it.

    This sounds like AI, the terms you use are confusing and weird....maximum power around 250 kilometres per h? What the hell does that mean?

    Very disappointed this dialogue is AI generated and poorly spoken. The film is chopped up, zero value as camera is never in one place for more than a second.

      I agree..Very confusing..Um, about useless...All I can say is I love my 2015 FJR1300..Had a 2012 Kawasaki ZX14R and loved that bike but getting on in years (71) and I wanted more creature comforts....Have Yoshimura slip ons (50 state Legal), power commander and less restrictive air filter..Was dynoed at 134hp at wheel so don't miss the 14 too much. Love the electric windshield, heated grips and cruise control..Bike has been absolutely bullet proof..I never noticed clunky or rough shifting on mine..I use Lucas 10w-40 Semi-synthetic motor oil and Lucas 80-90 gear oil..Change oil every 3000mi or less and drive oil every 5000mi. Also flush cooling system at regular intervals..46,000 miles and still runs as new...
