Jager Traumen Kennels = Raising A Litter-Water

I raise hunting dogs so water is an important activity to imprint them for. I start out with baths, wadding pool, and then the pond. Notice Dozer at 4 months already doing the fly-in entry. Water is good, water is fun. Special note, I NEVER USE A SPRAY BOTTLE TO DISCIPLINE! Using a spray bottle to discipline for unacceptable behavior will give them a fear of splashing in the water....water becomes a punishment and not a game they will enjoy.
