This is awesome! I love the different features and being able to see and share IT problems as well. Normally there’s tons of different apps or systems you’d have to go to to assess these things but here it’s all in one.
As a student developing a project management app for an assignment, I can't even begin to imagine how to develop an app like this. Tons of features (which means it's VERY difficult to develop and manage) but at the same time looks beautiful and feels intuitive. Great job everyone at Monday! Let's talk about what it can't do. I been using for last 1 year. With random data loss. Then, whole work board just disappeared. Contacting support from Australia is a nightmare. Not sure where they run the support team from, they reply at 8pm in AEST (Sydney) time. No back up-recovery that could be easily accessible by admin team. Support team couldn't suggest anything. Dis-satisfied - 😡😡😡. Switching to better CRM for sure.
I own a home design centre store and we struggle to keep projects organized and quoted on a timely manner as we have too many files in folders all over the place. We also have over 5000 sku’s, create estimate, invoice, POS and keep track of inventory. Can this replace Quickbooks?

Unfortunately I agree with some of the negative comments, it really is slow and limited. But it's good if you need to get to work fast and less customization. But with that said, customizing things is so difficult and many options are in places you wouldn't expect them to be. Even something simple like changing the item name for your board column is hidden in the options. I like how the integrations and automations are in one place though. Is there a Monday API?

@@mondaydotcom actually your support team has confirmed back to me that there's no feature that allows a full project overview outputted at PDF. Crazy!! To a mere layman like me I would expect that this is a very basic fundamental requirement of a project planning software. How can you plan, review, or report to peers if you can't share a PDF of the full project?
@@mondaydotcom yes, yes, Monday has known about this flaw for years and done nothing. There's little point in making the software clever enough to fly a rocket to space if there's no on/off switch. You should be fixing the simple things first. Really disappointed.

I hate them even more when they not only talk rubbish, they also refuse to understand the detail of the project. When you tried to explain things to them they will talk more rubbish. Those are the worst kind of managers. That's what I teach my kids and dont become a person like that.
