No. As long as you did not study in the U.S. you are expected to take all of these exams before you can get a license to practice. But again it varies by state. My video was based on where I live.
In order to work as a pharmacy technician, doesn’t that require that one is a green card holder or a US citizen? Or with an H1B visa, but It’s already hard to get sponsored for an H1B visa and get a social security number as a pharmacist let alone a pharmacy tech… could you elaborate on that please?

And in my country, you need to do an internship for 12 months and write the Malawi Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority exams and pass.
Can you take ielts in place of TOEFL?
