Growing Rock Melons in the High Tunnel/ Hoop House.

With the summer in high season we experiment to use the high tunnel/ hoop house in the middle of summer for fruit growth. With the temperatures reaching mid 40 degrees the temperature is too high for vegetables and we experiment with melons and what a harvest we are receiving.

They have to cure for a time before eating them to develop their flavor.
