Keep Elkan Baggott. Potentially as good as those mentioned.
Out of all of these, id be most tempted by Cashin.
21 years old with BIG room to improve
Young Player of the Year at Derby last season
Affordable unlike some others mentioned in the video.
While we need a more experienced pro in the back, Burgess and Donacien fill those roles quite nicely as seasoned professionals at past clubs. We also had Richard Keogh last szn which surely meant the likes of woolfy learnt a lot.
Ben Davies would be the pick of the bunch
Not sure Cashin give us much more than Burgess currently although being 21 you’d expect him to go further. I think with Baggott we need to bring in an improvement for this season with Baggott stepping up in the coming years.
I thought we’d be looking at another forward ? Couldn’t Baggot be given a chance he was good against Bristol rovers, 💙💙💙
Any of these would be fantastic!
Sometimes we have to look at what we already have , with always been a club where youngsters our given a chance , butvwith the added spice of having a master coach as our manager i really beleive Elkan Baggott could become a superb LCB for us under Kmc , after 18 months at ipswich keiron has made 90 % of our players better then what they were , i beleive now 2 games into the championship Burgess as a footballer has come on leaps and bounds under kmc and his coaching staff , so i would say we already have a spare LCB in Baggott , obviously only my opinion .....
Cashin every day, young and could go on to be a saleable asset later on.
Some good shouts here, some other names to consider:
Axel Tuanzebe
Liam Scales
Mark McGuinness
Bashir Humpheys
Jonathon Panzo
Ronnie Edwards
Zak Vyner
Tuanzebe and Edwards probably out of our price range? Mark McGuinness also a RCB?
Tuanzebe a free agent but big wages + injury risk, Edwards seemed destined for prem / Southampton but for some reason it hasn’t happened, McGuinness very two footed :)
Unless you have close to £5M to spend on a CB you can forget Zak Vyner and likely Ronnie Edwards too with Peterborough likely set to command a huge fee for league one standards
@@AniHarishwe have the money that isn’t the issue - it’s just convincing the player, but both would be very unlikely given teams higher up interested.
Freddie + cash for Cashin......once we've signed another striker.
Looks like Brighton may beat us to it!
Bech Sorenson at Brentford?
Tell us more!
Big left footed, 1 year left on contract. Loaned out at FC Gronnigan last season. Ticks a lot of boxes but I'm not actually sure if he's any good!!!!😂
Don’t see any of those as obvious upgrades on Burgess who has been excellent alongside Woolfie over the past 6 months.
That's fine - are you happy with the other options we have at centre back more generally?
@@BlueMondayITFCDonacien and Clarke are too very strong choices , of which I slightly prefer Clarke. I wouldn't like to see Cam replaced as he has been immense recently.
