Talking with Luke about his recent trip to Peru. There are some audio issues at the beginning of the stream. Conversation begins at 12:43 Volume issues are fixed soon after that.
Really great point, when you said that the meso-american way of thinking (in terms of looting ancestral tombs) was so alien to the western mind. I never realized about Tomb #7 with all that gold and being opened and shut for 40 different rulers and not a single trinket was taken!
@@lukecaverns im still not sold on savages who ripout the hearts of their people as sacrifices built the cities, roads and pyramids. That seems ridiculous right? We today dont built things as megalithic and advanced as that yet...we are to divided. A culture that all become on focused hive mind built them megaliths and egypt i think. If there was a volcanic eruption and the ash covered the sun, like a nuclear winter...who would die off? The main cities. Very very few know how to farm, get clean water, hunt....and that tiny minority would move into the cities and occupy them as squatters. No scientists, engineers, intellectuals. Within 100 years who would be here? If this happened in egypt, no one left. Turns to desert. Then a desert tribe wanders in and slowly tries to recreate what once was. 1000s of years go by and they do make a good job of it. But the very ancient old advanced stone work technology is long gone. Same for the maya and aztecs. They spent 1000s of years there yes. But were they the builders?
@@johnnyc10000 Good morning, hope you're doing well. I wasn't sold on the idea of Sacrifices myself. I'm going to send you a link to a video that I watched before I went to Pisac and did 11 Ceremonies in 2 weeks. It's about a man who set his intention with the indigenous Medicina Cura and Pachémama and was gifted the True Wisdom on how these "sacrifices" (not even an apt description) were executed. (No pun intended lol). It was a choice. th-cam.com/video/tz5kQ0bsaZk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KVynQs6_Scry6oI-
I’m not 100% sure but I believe a lot of the Cusco sites are Andesite which is a type of granite. A darker grey which looks like the walls here. Thanks for all your hard work. Love you guys.
2:48:31 wooow this Machu Picchu story is crazy to me. Last year I was dating this girl and she called me one morning to tell me she had a dream about me, her and my late mother hanging out at Machu Picchu. What she didn’t know beforehand was that it was my mothers birthday. I was moved then and I’m moved again now. Crazy world ❤
Yo....Snek Broze.... I came across an article showing 3000 year old engineering somewhere in Peru, although I can't recall where. The architects designed woven nets containing loose stones and placed them as the footing of a wall, creating a seismic dampening system that allowed the ground to move beneath without destroying the structure. A stunning achievement!
Have you ever looked under let's just say, the area of the 12-sided stone in Cusco? I haven't read that article, but it certainly looks like there could have been some sort of loose stones under the ancient megalithic architecture that Cusco is inundated with. I was looking at some of my pictures that I took when I was just in Cusco a few weeks ago, and wondering about the smaller stones underneath the obviously massive perfect ones. I guess that could be why man. Thank you for that insight. Haux.
I know why the nubs exist. I have spent the past 2 years working on a thesis about the exact subject of this podcast, so it’s an understatement to say that I found this all quite interesting. Hoping to finish my work by the end of the year, but my paper explains in detail just about every question you guys raised and a whole lot of other stuff you didn’t. The summary is that the completion of these structures was so far simpler than most people propose. Thile big mistake is to apply modern solutions to ancient problems. Basically, you’re all thinking way too complex. The answers are so simple that once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
It looks like they left the puffy surfaces with the bevels for aesthetic purposes. They’re beautiful as they are. Based on the sheer amount of stone work they did, if they intended on flattening the faces, they would be flat. This is precision architecture that would require advanced technology and tooling to design and build. My hypothesis for how they were able to fit and seat these stones together with such incredible precision was via the use of robust electrodes. The electrodes would have been inserted into holes drilled into the lower portions of the stones, which heated the stones to near molten temperatures to soften them and seat them together perfectly. The nibs are a result of the removal of the electrodes as the stone directly surrounding them was molten. The nibs are absolutely a part of the construction method and certainly clear evidence of a connection to this form of architecture and construction found on all continents. You guys should look into the megalithic wall in Montana. Archaeologists have claimed for years that it’s a natural formation, but it’s now being privately studied and excavated, and it’s clearly a man made construction. There are nibs, and other familiar anomalies, as well. All that said, arguably, the best evidence of a lost advanced civilization are the granite Barabar Caves in Sultanpur, India. These are evidence of 3D CAD level and automated mechanical technology.
If the niches were for accepting the dovetailed end of a beam, they could've been beams for a floor as opposed to a roof. When you have such precise fit block you wouldn't want to jam something or screw something into the wall that could mess up the fitment. The nubs at the top of the wall @1:03:39 remind me of mortise & tenon but maybe to accept roof trusses.
Those "nubs" looked like they were in a "stair-case-like" pattern. Could they have been some kind of beam support for scaffolding to access higher layers? After they were done, perhaps they broke of the protrusion and the "nubs" are what remains?
Interesting theory. I think they have something to do with interlocking pieces. I believe these are all unfinished walls. Something happened that removed their ability to work stone. Why ouldn't they smooth out the outer layer if they can do the inner ones with such precision flatness
I missed the first 15 minutes of the live stream last night, so I came back this morning to see what I missed! Apparently it was 13 minutes of bad audio. 😂😂😂
I was at Macchu Pichu twenty years ago, and its the only place I've been to on the planet where I felt an energy.. I'm not really woo woo and dont tend to have experiences like seeing ghosts etc. there is something very special about that area, unlike any other place I've been, haven't been to the pyramids though.
Regarding the nubs, I've always thought that they might be a type of pressure relief valve for energy dissipation during earthquakes. A sort of tuning for dampening.
It's not just 2 different cultures like Luke keep saying, Egypt and Americas. Japan for example has a bunch of those massive polygonal stone works, same with China or India or Eastern Europe, giant megalithic caves, quarries, pyramids, dolmens etc. You guys should look into these too because it's wild.
Please look into David Rohl's New Chronology for Egypt! It makes way more sense than the orthodox dating system and solves a wide range of issues with other cultures' dating as well.
@johnnyc10000 Unfortunately links will get flagged and deleted but there's plenty of info out there! The TLDR is that he believe the Second Intermediate Period is too long and uses events like eclipses to prove it. The end result of his adjustments fixes chronological issues in Greece as well as Egypt.
Should look at modern concrete retaining wall block & compare. The hollow triangular spaces sound similar to modern concrete block. Also the female niches seem like they'd accept a wooden beam with a male dovetail end.
First of all let me preface this by saying I appreciate everything that the three of you are doing to uncover the Truth behind the ancient mysteries of the world and introducing people to lost ancient high technology and precision; that sacred science of the soul, lost in the foggy depths of deep antiquity, that our science now deviated from thousands of years ago. So this one is for Luke, if you really want to know how it was built, find a shaman in the sacred valley, one-on-one, and allow them to administer a few Ceremonies of the Medicina Cura for you. set your Intention on the ancient megalithic architecture, and Pachémama will show you how it was built, She certainly did for me, and yes I know that sounds crazy as shit........if you haven't experienced it. Secondly lol, I love you Luke, but if you think one person(Yes I know you said one or two) can pick up one of those blocks in the Coricancha, I don't think you quite grasp just exactly how dense and heavy Peruvian Andesite and the indigenous diorite are. I mean I suppose it's possible if you put your mind to it, maybe it's not completely out of the realm of possibility lol. And again, I'm saying this with love in my voice, if you think you're going to explore every nook and cranny of Cusco, I hope you packed a lunch man, or maybe a few days or years worth? Anyways, I appreciate all three of you, maybe I'll see you down (up is a more apt description I suppose) in Pisac one of these days. -Rob

I think those big square pieces in the center of the large blocks are where it was connected to the bedrock and they formed the block while attached then at the end they snapped it off the bedrock then maybe filed it down if they had to but probably snapped perfect. Not sure if the numbs could also be that because you would want to remove as little material as possible. I watched a guy use these hockey puck shaped wooden levers hooked to a rope and circle cylinder piece that spins and he took them to pyramid and lifted the rocks as many times up to the next level as he wanted and proved he could lift them to the top of the pyramid on a real Egyptian pyramid this was done. It doesn’t explain moving them hundreds of miles but if he could lift it as high as he wanted I’m sure you can use that to pull them the same as you would lift them. They created this machine at home with his sons I forget who it is but you can find it on TH-cam it’s not new either. And done with simply wood and rope and basic materials no power tools
