    Vry effective vdo lecture on communication bt.as a professional in my opinion some of the steps overcoming communication barriers can be sorted out by providing feedback nd upward communication, improve listening skills, develop writing skills nd avoid credibility gaps in brief in my opinion.There r many interpersonal barriers that disrupt the effectiveness of the communication process such as filtering, semantic barriers nd perception.Cultural differences can adversely affect communication effectiveness especially for MNC nd enterprises with a multi ethnic workforce which in my opinion as a professional is quite important Useful nd Informative tips.Thanx.Sincerely appreciated the lecture 👍

    Certainly, it’s really help and support.
    However, there is difference in-terms the tips that you suggested is more helpful for non-Indian coworkers and when it’s comes Indian coworkers it’s really a tough, as we have come across the same suggestions and advice through multiple platforms.
    I believe most of them will agree with me.
    Could you please help and suggest particular, how to win over Indian works.
    As the Indian coworkers are more emotional and they take everything personally and then they try dominate with their ego.
    Thank you 🙏🏽

      Hi, thank you so much for the feedback. Communication at a large level is global and doesn't have boundaries. Having said that, I understand that there would be some cultural differences for India, especially in tip #3 which we can mellow down a bit. Do let me know if you want me to make a video on anything specific 👍 appreciate the feedback

    Hello Sir - How can I improve English Speaking skills? Please suggest me class where I can learn English, I have researched but couldn't find best class. I can speak in English but not fluently.

      @ravigmotwani  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi DJ, I don't know about classes but check if there is any Toastmasters club in your vicinity and enrol for it. Start speaking with your friends, colleagues in English, practice always helps. Watch English news channels CNN/BBC, Hollywood movies, if it's difficult to follow, use subtitles. Read Dale Carnegie books to improve communication. Randomly pick a topic and speak on it, see where you are making mistakes and improvise every time. Eventually you will get a grip over it 👍 All the best!

      @@ravigmotwaniThank you very much for your quick response. I will start reading the mentioned book once I completed that then I will ask for next book. Have a great day ahead.

      One more piece of advice, focus on building your core strengths (knowledge, skills) so much that your weakness (English speaking) looks negligible. And pls watch '12th Fail' it's an inspiring movie, do re-watch the final interview where he says English is just a medium, hopefully it will build your confidence too.

      @@ravigmotwani Hello Sir again, I watched my first movie from start to end which is 12th Fail and I inspired more from that movie. After watching your new videos about resolution and that was second second inspiration for me to maintain a discipline to achieving the resolution without discipline we can't achieve anything.
      One question repetitively comes in mind which is how many days to read books, watching videos and building vocabulary to be a good communicator?
      I can write but when I start speaking I am making grammatical mistakes and lot lot lots of fear.
      Need advise - building a simple vocabulary which book is the best option.
      Thank you for your support and looking for new videos.

      @@DJ-lh5bp Happy to hear that you watched the movie and my videos are inspiring you, I feel good 😊 Being a good communicator is a continuous process and you will keep getting better and better with practice. So continue reading, watching movies, English news channels and more importantly keep speaking in English with more and more people. You will make mistakes but your mistakes will reduce over time. Read 'How to speak with anyone' it's a good book. All the best 👍
