From what I tested in Gran Turismo 4, a stock Midget II with a 4-speed Manual will take 33 seconds to get to 62 mph (100 km/h).
They also have a 3-Speed Automatic variant, which from what I heard is even slower as it takes 39 seconds to do the same.
