I started using this about a year ago..there was only Loopy HD but this version takes it to the next level. I found this to be very strong for live applications. My saxophonist and I go out live and plug in my turntables and get busy. We build the sets live…record each loop in succession from the turntables, aerophone, drum machine auv3, etc. Still experimenting with the best effects engine to run on the master track to have that SP-404 feel.

Loopy Pro looked like an app that was going to take a lot of time to get my head around, so really glad to see your overview and why it is you like it. I still love the freshness of Blocs Wave (another one of your videos inspired me to make use of it), so this as a DAW is intriguing. Ive just got the pro tablet, tried logic n thought nah. Tried loopy pro, and was in sync joy flow creation straight away. So good. only 2 hours in. I have a question though, in the app the track sounds ace, but whats the best way to export it out.. so that it sounds as good it does in the app? LP has absolutely changed my ability to make and perform music live! I’ve been a beta tester since December 2021 and I’ve never looked back. I probably have over 300 hours in on my template design alone! Love seeing you play around with it. It’s possibilities are ENDLESS 🍩 🍩

Hello, thanks for your time and video. In a nutshell, has loopy pro got on board features, including an effects processor et cetera? I’ve actually got Loopy HD and again, is loopy pro in a nutshell, the same as loopy HD with added features is that all the differences? I’m sure it sounds good, I’m wondering, if projects created on either loopy HD or loopy pro, if projects could be imported into recording packages, including Logic pro et cetera?

I’ve been very curious on the daw you’ve been using on your IG reels. This is dope! I fully understand why you did the switch from bm3, to blocswave, to aum. Loopy pro seems to give you that blocswave and aum vibe if the 2 apps were to merge. As for me, I’m still stuck in my ways using Zenbeats, it also has a looper mode and sequencer mode similar to this. Loopy pro did open my eyes seeing how easy it is to get your idea out there super fast by triggering loops. I can see this being used in a live performance. Great video and now I gotta try it for myself 😁

It’s actually quite embarrassing for me to ask since I’m actually director, videographer and editor running a full scale production company, but I’m just always fascinated by the quality of your videos and I would like to know how replicate this set up.
I own two a7siii’s and atem mini pro switcher, but I can’t figure a workaround like this! I’m even trying it out using camtasia.

Wow that's a crazy rundown from the kickoff. Yikes Henny that example tune you played is firing!! I'll definitely check this out. I fell off with BM3 a bit after I lost a lot of music from not backing up my sessions properly. Thought the sessions were in the cloud, but when I went to delete the app to redownload it because it wasn't opening, I found I had deleted my sessions by my own hand! Terrible feeling! Def gonna check this out thanks for everything.

I did that. Deleted stuff from my mac and found everything gone on my ipad too. And none of it had been backed up anywhere. my own blunder. Not the first time either.

I'm wondering if a second iPad Pro can be connected to the iPad Pro running Loopy Pro, as a 'midi input' when I am using an App such as GeoShred or ThumbJam to play instruments on the second iPad Pro. I know that those Apps can be connected on the same iPad Pro running Loopy and that App can be expanded within Loopy ... but the App often crashes or the App sometimes doesn't display or behave properly when used directly within Loopy. So I'd prefer to use the App (like GeoShred) on my second iPad Pro, but be able to input and record it into my other iPad Pro that's running Loopy Pro. Is this possible, and if so, how is it done?
