What is the torque for the oil pan bolt and for tightening the oil filter?

1) code 1041 can message
2) code C1504 steering sensor
3) code 065 (ETC[EGS C Unit is faulty.
Could you explain me these codes please and how to fixed the problem my car is losing power when i press the accelerator not responding very well no warning lights at all i am in a country where people only drive toyota and the mechanics don't understand much about w210 i learned a lot about the w210 since i alway watch your videos thanks for sharing the information
