I have been there probably 4 to 6 times over many years and have done different tours - all amazing! But it takes every ounce of control to not jump in to that indoor pool. It is stunning!

Amazing place. My parents were friends with the grandkids of Mr. Hearst and they got to swim in one of the pools years ago. My ex-step father went to school with the Hearst granddaughters and used to party with them. Love my family history

Awesome video! Did you have to get any permission from Hearst Castle before posting this? I only ask because I wanted to post some video, but Hearst's website and the tour stated several times that commercial photography was prohibited without prior permission.
You two are doing an incredible job on representing the castle, however, there are actually 5 social rooms featured on the Grand Rooms tour...The Assembly Room, the Refectory, the Morning Room, the Billiard Room and finally the Theatre.
Check out the lassen volcanic national park and maybe you can make a video of that place ..a request from your follower :). Keep on traveling ;) R72vegas.travel.bound.

What time did you book your tour? You were able to get some awesome shots without the crowds in them!!
This was a midweek tour when Highway 1 was still closed, so there was a good amount of people but less than normal.
The pool is open. Its my castle I used to work there and been everywhere in the castle
