You might need more VRAM in the future so look into a 3060 12GB or a 4060 ti 16GB. Those are relatively cheap. I7 8700K is still fine but you could get a i5-13400 with 10 cores which costs 200$.
@@ousmane6355 i7-13700F = 380$, 4070 = 600$, 32GB of corsair vengence ddr5 5600mhz = 105$, Asus Z790 Prime ddr5 motherboard = 310$. This will cost you around 200$ more and if found on sale you can save some more money. Considering decreasing prices of ddr5 and its performance, ddr5 is a better option. The i7-13700F is a better option in the long run because it is only 40$ more expensive than the i5-13600K. This build should remove any bottlenecks with the GPU. Make sure to use an ssd as your boot drive.
Just for reference, you can build a nearly identical PC to this (with faster ram and storage) for only $3200. So do you really want to pay an extra $1800 for some custom case and slanty GPU? Just a scam IMO.
For how much of a beast that computer is I thought it would do better. IMO its just not worth it for the picture to look a little better but same frame rate a mid range PC can do.
Just shows how demanding 4k + Ray Tracing is right now. The next generation of GPUs must be really be equipped to handle it or I don't see this tech being sustainable because of how heavy ray tracing is
Just going to say: Using TSR Upscaling in Fortnite actually causes performance loss rather than gain. Anyways, love the videos that you guys produce, keep up the good work!
Very cool reminds me of the 80s 2 ton Tony cases lol. Just with current psychical issues wouldn't be the hot set up. Awesome high performance blast from the past with RGB lighting 👍🤪😅😉
Fun fact, all USB is 3.2 gen1 gen2 or gen2x2 so them labeling it 3.0 and 3.1 probably means 5Gbps or 10Gbps? Most tech enthusiasts just call it out by the link speed because USB naming is really dumb.
I absolutely LOVE Cooler Master products!! I have their AIOs in every one of my PCs, except one, which will be rectified when I have the money to change it out (currently has a Corsair, but I just had to RMA one of those, due to contaminated cooling fluid). I also have 2 of their SFX case with a full-size optical drive bay. I love these cases. Unfortunately, they are no longer available anywhere. So sad, since I like having a BluRay player in my PCs to watch my movie collection (I don't do internet subscriptions, when I can buy once, cry once, and watch what I want) from my library.
@@OShackHennessy Companies like to take advantage of less informed people unfortunately. But yes a 4090 is like 1600 dollars, a 7950x maybe 5-600, and the rest cant be that much..

Wow, it's not even an x3d?!... for $5k it ought to have at least 64 gigs of ram and a 4 tb SSD(preferably pcie 5.0). It's fine if they want to upcharge for the case, but not when they cheap out on the components.
it is something but not all that unique - it uses off the shelf parts but this may be one of the worse times to build (or buy) a pc - new parts out soon
I'd only spend that on a system if I did a lot of video editing being a creator or professionally. 8700k + 1060 6gb is actually decent still. ever need to upgrade just through in a 1660 super or a 2060 super.
The 3060 I think would be good choice for that older platfrom, and has 12 Gb of ram.

It can crush any game at max settings at 4K with Ray Tracing off, not so much with it on tho... So DLSS is kinda required if you run it at 4K + RT
