Perhaps you could have added Reiss to the list. recently they have been working with more luxurious fabrics ie cashmere but still a fraction of the cost of the likes of Loro Piana and Bruno Cuccinelli.

Andre Maurice is an Italian brand famous for its cachemire. Still quite pricey but excellent quality.
