I am telling you, I am telling you, Ana is going to grow up and fly to Jamaica !!! This old gal remembers those days when everything was new for the lil one's. My grands are almost grown so I love watching these two.
“Butterfly flying to Jamaica”. 😂🦋🌴☀️. ❤. I raise Monarch butterflies every Summer. Hello from Canada, Alicia. Your beautiful twins are going to grow up to be the happiest, most grounded women that New Jersey has ever seen. The things you are teaching them, the unique things you do with them. You have my vote for Mother Of The Year. Much love to you and your family.
Hello, my sunshines. Gwin seems to be fascinated with Mom's hair while Ana is expressing a desire to eat the 🦋 's. Oh, the mind of a child. So cute. They are growing up so fast right before our 👀 . TFS 😊❤❤❤
❤️🦋🐛 The nature Video was great . It kept my interest! I am so glad Anastasia & Guinivere are learning about nature at home. As parents , you and Walt did great with making the butterfly exhibit from the NYC Natural History Museum into a home version which other families can do at home. It was just fabulous !
It is so fun to watch the girls develop their own individual personalities. They are both so entertaining and hysterical to watch. Your little family has brought me so much joy and happiness.
Fun to watch the girl's react to the butterflies when they were released! "Flying to Jamaica."😂 That was cute! Thanks for sharing your butterfly adventure! Hope you all have a wonderful day today!❤❤❤😊
Ana thought the butterfly was a snack,so funny 😂 Guin did seem interested for a bit but then got fascinated by mom’s hair ❤ then Ana joined in ❤ it so reminded me of all the activities I did with my 4 kids, same sort of results but now they’re all grown up, much to my surprise, they actually remember those moments ❤ 🦋
Words for today: Anna "Me wanna eat them." Guin." She's flying to Jamaica." Dad."Jamaica, me crazy." Momma fingers always teaching with love and patience.❤
They are sooo CUTE in their little dainty pink outfits, love their little sandals too! I was LOL about "Jamaica", so funny! Glad they enjoyed the butterflies! 🙂
Only the sweetest mama who has a handle on life as the busy SAHM of twins gives a kiss and rolls her eyes at the same time! Alicia: I enjoy you just as much as I do the girls because it is abundantly clear to me that you were created to be a mama, and I am grateful for the daily glimpses into the love and the laughter that fills the Barton home, and I thank you, too, for creating a truly posirive, safe and beautiful place for us to gather on the internet. It beings me, and so kany others, so much ...JOY!❣ How long does it take you to braid your hair? You must be part contortionis and part magician!
What a sweet comment. Thank you. I'm glad to spread happiness and joy when I can! And it takes about 5 minutes to braid my hair😅💖💖

What a wonderful learning experience for the girls. They were very gentle w the 🦋s. Ana was going to eat them, but was fine w one flying to Jamaica. 😂 Thanks for sharing. See you tomorrow row, BYEe! 🤗💕
Ana’s butterfly flew to Jamaica……and I love how the girls trust dad with letting them hold the butterflies before they meet their butterfly friend in Jamaica..ha..ha…I just love this family. Hugs from Arizona..see you tomorrow row row
Absolutely! Maybe when the girls are older and in school full time, it's something she might do to spread her "magic" and touch other children's lives. Sadly, we all know other children are not getting this level of kindness, patience, and love.
lol lol I can’t stop laughing at Ana today. She wants to eat them and hold them and little GG is just an inquisitive little peanut. I 🩷💜 these angels. And Mamas patience is 🏆 worthy ❤
GREAT JOB MOMA! You do a great job with the girls, you and dad, and I know that they both love ❤️ y’all soooooo much! You guys are amazing parents to the twins! And they’re so so BEAUTIFUL and INCREDIBLY INTELLIGENT!!! I adore both of them and love watching your videos! Thanks for sharing! I look forward to seeing y’all so much! I love ❤️ them! So Gorgeous and so Adorable! God’s little angels for sure!!!
For my preschool classes I planted butterfly attracting flowers, bushes. I also planted feeder bushes and plants. Dill, Fennel, parsley, Rue. Mostly the Rue attracted butterflies to lay eggs. I collected the caterpillars placed a wet towel , and a short vase of the cut plants in the cage ( bought on line) . Children got to view the whole life process. This would be in September finding the eggs and caterpillars. once in the Chrysalis..I wintered them in my garage. In mid to late April I brought the cafe to the classroom. It was exciting to release the butterflies in the spring. With the Rue feeder bush it was a variety of swallowtails. Just beautiful! My cage was like your large one. ❤️
What an adventure learning about butterflies 🦋 Ana thinking it was a snack😅😅 They both seemed to enjoy the fun experience!! Hope the butterflies make to Jamaica safely!!😅😅❤❤
Guin is so sweet & Anna is a ball of fire. She's going to be a handful. She's already telling Guin & her mom what to do. I just love watching them grow into their own personality. And boy Alicia you sure have a lot of patience. May God bless you & Walt. I wanna fly to Jamaica 😂
They are both extremely sweet and depending on the day they both can be a little ball of fire. I am sure both of them would be a handful when they get older. 🩷💜 All kids usually are.😊
Those girls are the most adorable two I have ever seen. They are so smart. I love when they try new foods. You are absolutely a wonderful mom. Blessings to all of you.
Ha ha! I think someone was hoping for a snack instead! Mom is so patient. When the girls start school, teaching is certainly an idea, especially if you could be at the same school & always nearby.
It's so funny Ana wanted to eat caterpillar she wasn't interested until she didn't get to help butterfly fly. Guin seemed to take some interest in learning how does caterpillar turn in butterfly. Nice way to teach them biology. It's funny they don't know it's part of their future studies at school still Ana show dislike which was telling Mom I don't want to study now I prefer to relax & eat something. 😄😄 Your angels are so intelligent they understood Mom is teaching them some science it's not story book for fun.
Good morning. I heard you talking about the butterfly and I was hoping to see it. You have a lot of things I haven't seen. I like the SeaMonkey and the shrimp. Now you have butterflies. So much fun. ❤❤

Oh, no...Anastasia thought the butterfly was her afternoon snack - LOL! I loved that Nana and Pop-Pop were on hand to witness the first butterfly's maiden voyage...to Jamaica!!! I was really impressed by how gentle Anastasia and Guinevere were with the delicate butterflies. How sweet that the last two had to take a couple of small "test flights" before they, too, started their long voyage...to Jamaica! Alicia, maybe you and Walt should think about planting some butterfly bushes in your yard to attract additional butterflies...and maybe welcome your three special butterflies back for a visit someday! It was so cool seeing the butterfly drink the sweet nectar. They are so beautiful...thanks for sharing these special moments! 🥰💜💖🦋🦋🦋🦋

If the most patient Mother on earth says she doesn’t think she will do this again, it must have been quite a project, indeed! But I think it’s one of the most amazing things you’ve done-at least the butterflies! Watching the girls waving goodbye to them was just precious!!
@elizabethdacosta5601 I agree with you 100%! I marvel at Alicia's remarkable energy and patience. She cares for twin toddlers with all the work that entails x 2, cooks, cleans, probably does endless baskets of laundry, grocery shops, cares for poor Beano who suffers from doggie dementia and is now in diapers and sweet, moody Cat with Greta Garbo syndrome ("I want to be alone" - LOL)!
