Nice explanation using Staad, but it would be more convinent to understand if u also explain full wind load design, how u get those values for column and rafter to be applied on staad
Brother please make more videos in staad such as mezzanine beam and advise for purlin how to do. God bless u and your family this good service. Thank you so much again
did you followed each and every step as mentioned in the tutorial, if you skip one step, you won't get the output. take a new file and do it as mentioned in the tutorial, then you may get the solution.
Can you please explain more how we define LY. Because as I known we only need to define LY and LZ when it is defer from member length and as we see in this model LZ is equal to its length. And It's ok if you define it again but I think the LY is also its member length. So, Can you explain how to know it's LY or unsupported length?
Sir,
Thanks for your endeavours to produce this highly informative video.
It's my pleasure

Noted, Coming soon...
thanks bro.
You are most welcome
Plz suggest any book or document on PEB structure or Guidelines to design PEB frame
Sir , plz share the book on design of PEB, If you have got
Hi , i like ur peb structure details in staad model but can u show 35m span peb model and i have a doubt in details
Thanq please provide more detailed videos of peb
Sure, I will do soon
Please make a video for connection design from staad pro
Can u make more videos on peb
What If we are designing for 9m columns wat will be the value for ly lz unb unt please explain
Ly - Maximum Unsupported length of the column - 2.5m
Lz - Total Length of the column - 9m as you mentioned
UNB & UNT - Same as Ly value
Thank you sir
most welcome
Can you do tutorials on abaqus from basics to buckling analysis of girders..please
Good
Thanks
Super video..clearly understood..
Can u explain how design EOT crane load
Analyse for rolling/moving loads and design for the practically worst case
whether there is a manual for PEB structures
Sir do a video showing Is 800 2007 and Is 875 loads
We have to also provide the dff value for rafters?
yes, you can provide
Very good
Please do for IS 800 2007 LSD Code
Sure
@@GaniSk
Thanks Sir
Please make video is code
Lz: 6
Lz:10
How to take these values
And what is the function of Beam(1) Cb value command ?
Please explain
hi sir, can you please explain base plate design and if possible please share the excel sheet for base plate design.
what abt purlins and rest of the secondary structure ??
you need to design purlins and rest of the secondary structure separately
Excellent bro
Brother please make more videos in staad such as mezzanine beam and advise for purlin how to do. God bless u and your family this good service. Thank you so much again
Sir please design same structure for seismic load.in short video.
ok, you will get soon.
sr can yo make a vedio on steel structure with indian standard code....
yes, you will be get it soon.
For when i assigned tapered members, while design it shows design of member is not supported. What can I do sir?
did you followed each and every step as mentioned in the tutorial, if you skip one step, you won't get the output.
take a new file and do it as mentioned in the tutorial, then you may get the solution.
Same problem
hi sir, in design u didn't check the deflection
Its crucial in PEB design
Yes, you need to check the deflection also.
@@GaniSk HI sir i designed this structure in staad and its failed in deflection
@@tarunkumar-sm9ws then increase the member size to pass, based on results.
@@GaniSk thank you
Ly is for purlin spacing I think
Purlins are also create sir
The design is not complete, you must add Kz value for columns and rafter ( they will have in additional to moment a compression force )
This in intermediate frame, so Kz value is not required.
@@GaniSk where can I find this in the code
, I am using American code
Why ind and uni
uni indicates the UDL(Uniform distributed load) loading, where is the ind, i did't found it.
Unb and unt and ly lz how to know where its provied
@@GaniSk UND lY LZ UNB UNT why and and how to know there value to provied
@@nimishpatankar3563 UNB, UNT are unsupported length of the structures, based on these values design will be performed.
