I got so sick and tired of the sail switch malfunctions, taking the furnace in and out, that I just eliminated the switch altogether by disconnecting and soldering the blue wires together. Works great--no more problems with the sail switch. Obviously, can't recommend this procedure to anyone, but it works for me.
Good video! I had my motor replaced a couple of months ago…now my furnace will come on for about 5 minutes…no hot air…then will shut off. I’m going to check my sail switch. Thanks.

Hello again. Pulled out my sail switch and cleaned the contacts. That got it going again. I ordered the correct switch for back up. Your video really helped. Thanks again
Just saw this one.. yes it could be the same issue. I have a similar heater furnace as well.. most of the time when the fan turns on but no heat it's the sail switch. Not all the time but a good majority of the time that's what it is. Good luck thanks for watching 👍

Hard to say could be several things. Some fans don't come on until after the flame lights. If just clicking might not be getting propane and firing up. Could be sail switch could be the board? I would start by making sure it's getting propane and check all the connections. Search your model maybe someone has a video on it. Good luck 👍

I think it needs a sail switch because when I turn it on l can hear a click and it run good but no heat and shut off good.
Hey I have model SF25FQ and it's does real good 3year old but like u said no heat but i turn batteries back ob and i have30 lb propane and A 20

What will cause your heat to not shut off once it reaches temp setting?
