Paul Newman used to swear by an facial ice bath in the morning. He would just dunk his head in it. No washing. And the man looked fine til the day he died. So sometimes there’s something to those so called DIY facial cleanse.
I definitely find how your mind is shows up in your hair,skin,cause weight issues . ....I've had people tell me lately I look great,younger....with the covid way off living, I definitely find not having to interact with ppl so much is good,I keep my ppl small,I've silenced the noise of other ppl who I now know I don't need.drowning out that negative, baggage, we spend so much time listening to naisance,it dose take a toil.
There are sticks and sprays sunscreen not like a moisturizer. I would love to hear more talk about those from experts they seem to think all sunscreen is the creamy moisturizer type.
I guess because they are easier to measure out the correct amount and obtain an intact shield. With sticks and sprays, do you really know how much you are getting on your face. They are probably better for reapplication or maybe around the eyes for the stick. I heard with the spray you should always spread it out with your hand to get an even cover.
I liked everything about this except for the comment about not being able to sympathize if someone isn’t using sunscreen, I know from personal experience that not everyone is able to use sunscreen. My mother is incredibly allergic to sunscreen any product with it even something as simple as chapstick causes her to break out in hives and swell up. It’s awful. She has no choice but to actively avoid sunscreen. I think it’s important to remember people may have reasonable explanations for why they avoid using a product.
My son that is 13 yr old drinks alkaline water to reduce the acid in his stomach when he doesn’t drink it his breath stinks and he gets hiccups all day.
The problem I have with some of the skin care routines is that a lot of them have had Botox fillers chemical peels laser treatments you name it. So the skin care routine did not get them the way they look now. They were born with it and they used professionals and spent thousands and thousands of dollars to look this way so we can follow this routine but we ain’t gonna look good

Since I've started using tret, I only use a cleansing balm in the AM. All about that moisture barrier these days.
