Almost too much. Poor buggers have gone from one extreme to the next. They can't afford the stock now to eat the feed. Glad you liked the video mate. Means a lot.
Cant wait to see more hunting vids this coming winter from you. Your vids are getting better and better with each upload. Not long now ill be heading North/West nsw!!
If you want to bring the hogs in, try using some corn mixed with Cheery/rasberry coolaid mixed into it. It'll bring them in, at least it does in Texas. We also mix corn in a 5 gallon bucket with beer ( know don't cry) and a bad of yeast. Leave it in the bucket with lid and hot sun (which you folks have a lot of) and boy that will bring them in too.
Thanks Matt, some great tips. I'll have to try that. I believe an issue in the region is we are just out of a savage drought. I think the pig numbers took a heavy hit. Be that from the lack of food and water or hunters hammering them due to increased visibility and ability to shoot them.
Great video mate, can you do a video on your bike set up. I have just bought a quad bike to set up for hunting and fishing and looking for some good ideas 👍
Cheers Joe. I'll work towards that ATV video as a few have asked now. If you watch this one, at around 6min I do a little walk around the bike. Might be a few pointers anyway. th-cam.com/video/LWFAMYEi3Y0/w-d-xo.html

You'll have a ball out there. Have spent quite a bit of time in that area years ago. Fantastic hunting area. Is there still heaps of goats up high. Really appreciate the positive feedback mate 👌
@@craigfrith7024 😂. I know that very very well as I used to hunt there too. Mad Mick sold it I think. Really liked him, some didn't but I got on really well with him.
Good video only just stumbled on to your site, some great ground. Any chance you could do a video on how you have set up your Quad, interested in the rifles by the side of your leg.
Hi mate. Glad you liked the video. Yes I'll plan to do a ATV video when I get the chance, you are one of a many that have asked now. Watch this space !!!
@@EDGEoftheOUTBACK Hello and thanks for getting back to me, Its an amazing land you live and shoot on. Everything over your way is smooch larger than anything we have in most of the UK. Keep up the videos I will be watching out, cheers again ,Lee
Thanks mate. I'm just about to clock over 30,000km on my quad. You could say we've had some great times over the years. It's a very comfortable platform to shoot off.
Yes I think your dead right. We tend to chase them in the rut around mid April in this area. Have tried late March / Early April and they seem patchy with the croaking sll. But come mid April they are very active, and for more of the day. It's exciting as and I'm keen to get back that's for sure.
Thanks Jody. I haven't done an actual review. But I did a walk around with some info in this video last August. But I'll have to do a proper one by the sounds of it. Few people have asked now. th-cam.com/video/LWFAMYEi3Y0/w-d-xo.html
Great Video fellas. Educate me a little please, why clear the trees? Why not just scoot around them? Courtesy to the land owner which I could completely understand due to cattle ranching or preventative to damaging the bikes? Great shooting for the fallow... Tastes as good as axis.
Thanks mate. That country is too steep to just ride around the trees. If we can scoot around generally we do. A lot of the stock work on the property is with horses although it is nice to clear the tracks for the people up there. The camera does the gradient no justice if we are clearing them off. Quads, tops heavy with guns are a bad mix on a big side slopes 😭
Something I can work towards, sure. If you skip into this video there's a little walk around on it. But not really a full setup as such. Might be a start for you. th-cam.com/video/LWFAMYEi3Y0/w-d-xo.html
