- In this video, I am showing you how to make Silver Solder Paste. I am showing you the exact composition with detailed explaination.
Also I am making it live so that you understand it better. This is basically a jewellery tutorial for the viewers !
Silver Solder Paste consist of:
65% FINE SILVER
20% COPPER
15% ZINC
Please watch the full video for better understanding.
This is a very simple and traditional technique of making silver solder.
You can use this solder paste to join any silver jewellery like ring/necklace/chain, etc. You can use this for repairing old broken silver jewellery as well.
I will soon make a video on how to make gold solder as well. So stay tuned for that video as well.

Sir, agar mere paas 55-65 melting ka koi item hai jaise payal or kada jiske soldering karni hai toh usme kaunsa taanka use kare matalab kitne ratio ka+ agar mujhe 80-90+ ke saman par soldering karni ho toh soldering kaise tyaar kare

If you wanted to melt a large quantity of this solder back down with the 50% silver, 20 copper, zinc composition shown here could you melt it easily into bars?

@@GoldArts Would you have to add anything like flux, etc, so you don't lose any material in the air to evaporation/oxidization? Or just a simple melt and pour?

Yes . It can be used . You can replace zinc with it . You can do in same percentage.

फाईन चांदी मे बराबर मात्रा मे ब्रास (पितल) मिलाओ ओर पानी के माफिक टांका बनेगा इतना तोल मोल का झंझट नही।पाच ग्राम चांदी मे पाच ग्राम पितल मिलाकर गलाओ ओर एकदम सुपर टांका बन जायेगा

And how do you make hard, medium and easy solder?
Right know I am using only one solder, but I now that in USA usually use 3 types of solder, and I want to try. :)
I am not sure about hard soft . I will read about it and get back to you . But what I assume is that Cooper makes it hard. So if we reduce copper then it must become softer

Suppose 60 tounch, then keep silver 60%, rest 40 % you can use copper zinc as per the percentage shown in the video
