Hey Phil, I have a video on that install. th-cam.com/video/E6woL8auYoQ/w-d-xo.html Look thru my videos to check it out the link for those exact mirrors is there. Depending on car color you can get color matched per paint code. For the wheels I havent uploaded that part yet but I ended up powder coating my factory wheels for the time being.
My Brother Thanks again for your knowledge with MBz I've been looking for parts and fcp Euro is just what I needed to get what I need for my benzs and it's all OEM parts too. Thanks again to you my brother keep putting out Greatness!! 🌟🏆💯%
@@PANZERSGARAGE Quick question So I ordered those valve cover gasket from FCP Euro I actually got the whole kit for my 2001 clk 430 for like $97 bucks the gaskets were from ELRING and not the other ones by rein you said to stay away from the ELRING ones came in a plastic bag and not on cardboard backing package do you have any experience with this brand cuz they didn't send me the MB brand with this order?
@@quincyrobinson8098 2 things you can do prior to installing. If the ones on the vehicle currently are oem types, compare them to the Erling. See if there is a difference from the 2. I made a video about this. th-cam.com/video/ntkWmLFJo_U/w-d-xo.html FCPEuro removed the victor reinz ones due to ppl complaining or high order exchanges due to failed gaskets. The 2nd thing you can do is call fcpeuro and request the order was processed wrong and you wanted the MB gaskets instead of the Erling.
Thanks for the vid! Those rear window trim pieces are something I was gonna ask about. Mine are faded as well but in good shape. Do they just pop off or do they have to be accessed from the inside?
They require a bit of fineness lol I have a video of that I need to upload but it requires removed them with your roof partly open and when installing you need to have your roof at a 90 degree angle. I'll upload the video for you later this week just so you can get a good idea. Very sensitive part mainly with it being thin ABS
I'm a year late, but here's the procedure. www.slkworld.com/threads/diy-replace-rear-window-trim-cover.29333/ Basically, you partly open the roof, then gently tap them forward from the bottom to release and then they will simply lift off.
Ok thank you for replying back I'm check them out side by side and if it's not a Good match I'll contact fcp Euro and see if they have MB MB ones Thanks again for being genuine
What ODB code reader you're using?
