FYI: These Block-off plates will work for any M113, M113K, M275, M156 that has the Bosch 540205 pump.

When you code out the secondary air injection system, does the OBD monitor status show as completion or incomplete for "2A" system? An incomplete monitor will NOT pass smog test in many states !

    Great vid!
Was curious to know why you didnt also delete that secondary air switch over solenoid? The black piece where you blocked off one of its top ports. Why not take that out too since it only provides vacuum to the two aluminum valves on the head?
Could just block off its hose port on intake manifold. Is there some downside to doing so? Just curious 🤔

They were unsure themselves on fitment for na m113's, but I knew it would work based on the updated pump part no (Bosch 540205) being shared by both W211 E55 and W203 C55.

@@ANDERZENAMG Sorry for the random comment but was trying to find a clip of a typical C55 idle and stumbled upon this.
My car has an RPM dependent whine, sounds like yours but probably a bit louder, remains with belt off. Sort of sounds like a bad power steering pump but it's not.
Is this whine normal for these cars? I know they have straight cut oil pump gears, but I thought they should quieten down once warm. I was thinking my o-ring is bad and potentially sucking up air, making it whine.
