I hear ya . I work HBA . All the time 15 to 20 tubs , a stack of pads over my head and 4 to 5 fully loaded carts from top to bottom . I'm about to tell them to kiss my arse .
I get you on that, because it was the same in a sense however due to the worker’s experience who worked there before I did, it was much easy for me once they showed me tips that can make the work easier and more efficient.
Yes, HBA was very challenging for me because I didn’t work over that side a lot and due to the fact that all the packages are unorganized in the box you have to know where they all go and that is very time consuming. Especially if the top stock is full and you didn’t know it was already on top or something else
Funny, every Walmart I've been in, people are allowed to do a half ass job and never even finish their tasks. Nothing is ever said to anyone. They take 3 days to finish a truck while new trucks sit and wait and everything falls behind.
Yes, they should, however we did it so customers can easily access it without having to struggle to get stretch all the way to the back for it. That is why we do it
The only thing I hate is that they rush you. It was my first day and they expected me to haul ass and do a whole section in 5 min

Walmart Neighborhood Market?
so all the coworkers love you 😂
😂😂😂😂
do you rotate the products ??
I applied, but I'm afraid of having to stock heavy items at the very top because I'm 5'1 and 118 lbs 😂...
😂 You should be alright as long as you follow their safety procedures and use the ladder on the cart
