I have one similar but I think its a P3 that I feel was a big mistake but it was 2016. I didnt know any better. The unit is pretty great otherwise. Happy Holidays John!

I think you didn't have to buy an extra hardness. The second one would work it just doesn't have civic labeled on it. The second one it came with is for cars with advanced sound systems
I just installed one on my 2020 civic sport sedan, having issues with the sub woofer output and i only got 1 canbus box that’s longer than the two in this video and has connections on either side, however there’s only 1 cable on the harness
I just bought mine, only concern so far is how I can set up again the Driver information interface? Where you can select if you wanna see on the dashboard the Turbo, G force, and those kind of things. I have a 2020 Si.
Hey dude so does the setting work like TPMS reset and oil change and just things like that I’m saving to buy but I don’t want to get it if doesn’t I have the 2 door coupe touring 2017 and u know u have to do everything through screen if I can reply back I would appreciate🤙🏾
Nah dont work well you can not reset inspections reminder (oil change) Can not turn off or on rev match anymore Cant change assist settings etc etc etc

Yeah I order the canbus that on your link because I already have already had this unit but just needed that canbus.. But I got it and install it and still no audio 😔 (car is a 2018 civic type R)
Is the rev match feature available in the new head unit?
did u end up trying it? looking at buying an fk8 and i see that headunits a big complain, dont wanna lose out on features of the car of course.

Can u change your tpms sensor settings and oil filter reset as well as spark plugs and air filter reset I have a touring model 2 door?
Do them settings come on the Type R?

Its good but it blocks the vents 😔 kinda anoying to me that or the airflow will suck if it's towards your face?

Same. Just installed my joying unit. All that stuff is gone. Cant even see my car mileage anymore. Im liking the unit but i still want those

Check your ground. Also you can ground loop isolaters
