The value to public service here is honestly immeasurable , even with respect to non-capitalists. We are witnessing the most efficient way to manufacture political arguments in capitalism's system.

I like to thank you for these interesting training video.
Coming back on the last question, how to quantify the improvement that the organization is making because the LEAN effort is very easy. The productivity of one business unit have to be measure first before starting with LEAN methodology, and afterwards measure again the productivity of this business and compare these results with the old results that the unit has make before. The fact is that all of then wil make improvement but somethings you can spot an deficiency and the productivity. Because the targets of all business units together are not align with each other. This can lead to sub-optimization en this is negatief result when is not manage the right way. Good luck.

eleven minutes in - Question: how can you trust workers to know enough to be able to improve their own work environment so as to provide increased value to the customer? I.e., how does worker input get to the higher-ups, the engineers and quality managers, so that they can do the R&D to determine if the worker's idea is actually beneficial? Doubtless it will come up later.

The worker will always know ways to improve their work environment, always. This is because they will experience first hand, all the issues that happen (time wasted, scrap, ergonomic issues, etc.). All of this affect directly or indirectly to the value creation... If you want to make the improvement process more effective, provide training to the workers, make sure they are committed, and make sure there a culture in which the managers listen the the proposals from the employees. But never underestimate the knowledge of experienced workers, they usually are more knowledgeable than the engineers and the management regarding the day to day operations.

Lean six sigma is evil corporate culture that saw intro linear algebra and intro stats and said, 'college is too hard, let's do it our way'.

That's the most useless course I have ever seen , I've watched through the other videos , and I am very disappointed that you actually charge money for this crab.
Lean is so simple , and it is not about "thinking" it's about structure and hard dedication
