This is episode one of our E36 M3 S54 Build. We bought this Hellrot Red E36 M3 Knowing it was blown up with plans to S54 Swap it. We bought an E46 M3 donor car and talk you through the plans and begin to take apart the E36 M3. Episode 2 will be the E46 M3 Engine (S54) Removal and next steps in this build.
