The Dad in this settlement can have a little conversation with Nick Valentine. We heard that his wife disappeared and Nick was asked to find her. I think he found her, but she died.
That's weird like I remember the very first time I played the game I remember that I encountered a guy and his wife and two kids and I never want to help the settlement and when it was being attacked and the next time I visited the wife was gone so I've always blamed myself for like the demise of those kids mom and have like decked out that settlement every single play through like those kids don't want for s*** I'm glad to know now that maybe it wasn't me that did that and it's just a single dad hopefully I'm remembering it wrong but it's kind of gotten into my habit of my playthroughs now to just deck out that settlement.
Also, Oxhorn, I don’t know if you’re just really that humble or maybe it’s just another part of playing Fallout 4 to you... but you give yourself less credit than you deserve for your creativity when it comes to settlement building. Watching your “lived in” settlement videos has shown me neat little tricks and efficiencies when it comes to making my settlements as efficient as possible whether it be happiness level, resource generation, snapping techniques and aesthetics. Yes, i just made purchases from the Creation club, i have the PS4 version of fallout so the fact it has another power armor, the Hellfire, on it, and at half price at the moment, I also got the Chinese Stealth armor. I figured them being in Fallout 3 means they are Grandfathered in lore wise, but they had the BFG on sale and the Hoemade Shotgun. As much as I loved Doom, I felt that any mod i get cant be too cheaty and has to work within that world. So i got the shotgun. What would Oxhorn do? Well i knew from his videos, thankfully,

I've just started a new playthrough, using a build from fudgeMuppet (they even have an Oxhorn inspired one!) so I can do the Institute ending and get those achievements. I'm using the Courser build if you're interested. It will be hard trying to ignore settlements.
I always find something that seems a bit off: clunky animations, ugly textures, unbalanced stats (particularly in survival) or just straight up bugs. I love Sommerville Place. It was one of my best builds I've ever done. When I saw that area I instantly thought "That hill could allow me to make a secret basement!" I began working on it and the "Secret Basement" became a tiny aspect of a MUCH larger build. I ended up turning into a Shopping Centre style building. Theres a small market, A large bar called "The Glowing Deathclaw" (named after the creature that attacked mid build). Theres a cinema, A hotel and a large restaurant! Like youre preference to Infrastructure over decoration I do tend to build first and decorate later so the restaurant is fairly Sparce. with the Height I got from the main complex I realized the Height limit is suprisingly tall. I guess its limit is based off of its highest point so at the base of the hill I decided to build a large sky scraper to test it out. There are a few other building such as a clinic very similar to yours and a small area dedicated to the less macabre Lone Wolf style settler. Oxhorn notification squad! I’ve been missing your settlement builds, and the settlement system has been my biggest draw to Fallout 4 in general lately, but one can only watch the old 50+ settlement build videos so many times! Thank you for adding to your beautiful collection and giving this community such consistent, quality, and diverse content Ox!
So glad to have another settlement video to watch. I don't know why but I find it peaceful to see you give a tour of something that is well done and lived in.
When it comes to settlements I use several types: Minuteman fortress (or outpost depending on size) large amount of well equipped soldiers with some level of farming in case of a long siege (enough to feed the population) and a almost ridiculous amount of defences Farm self explanatory has a modest amount of defences and soldiers ridiculously large amount of crops (enough to feed several settlements) Supply depot similar to the Minuteman Fortress except in the fact that supply caravans from your settlements go through here and congregate and could act as an communication centre for Minuteman HQ (got to get word about settlements from somewhere) I hope this helps or at the least gives ideas your in settlement building the types are very vague for flexibly purposes
I've been binge-watching a lot of your fallout 4 videos and i'm grateful your channel exist. I literally just clear dungeons as fast as possible get the drops and leave and then just come to hear you explain the lore to me because i'm lazy.
@20:25 Hi Oxhorn and thanks for all the great work. I think I have a better suggestion to solve the "short pylons" problem. In *Power>Lights,* there are 3 types of *Street Lights,* each needing 2 copper, 2 glass & 20 steel, and those function as *tall pylons.* I use types 2 & 3 (1st is considerably shorter) with max allowed distance in between to both shed some light on steets/pathways and as pylons to lift the hanging cables as high as possible. I then "stick" a short "horizontal" power conduit on 1 m height on the street light mast itself if I need electricity to something within 4 m from the street light.
What started as a new exciting tour almost immediately escalated into a showcase of Bugthesda. That being said, I really enjoyed seeing a new settlement and hope to see more in the future!
I like when people who build settlements to publish stop at the basic infrastructure. It allows people like myself to customize it to our own personal taste. Fantastic take on the Somerville Place settlement! Will definitely incorporate this one into my Minuteman play-through.
Lately I started making settlements smaller, excluding spawn points from them and using all sorts of garbage around settlements as link points for walls. Second type of guard post also comes in handy, since settlers don't bug out with its elevation, unlike manually made towers, and it can serve as linking point as well.
Hey Oxhorn, another great video as always. Have you ever did a video about Coastal Cottage? I would love to see a full Minuteman base there, you probably need place everywhere for it but I think that would be a great video. Keep up the good work!
I only did for outpost zimonja (I think that's how it's spelled) because I built as more of an outpost, thus the name, so there's only 8 people and some spotlights and turrets
Ya I thought something was off too. I don't really "watch" I tend to "listen" to what he says as I do something else in the background and something didn't sound right. There was sadness, frustration in his voice.
i am sort of late but that is because he recorded both the video and the audio at the same time with no script, usually, for his lore videos he gets all the footage and records the narrative after,.
@@hugolandin8065 Think it's a mix of both. Anyways yeah his videos where he doesn't narrate over past video is a huge fest of "um", "uh", stuttering, and sounds nervous. Has anyways else noticed his speech issues? Hm maybe just me but from experience I can see the signs
Oxhorn, you are beyond my favorite youtuber when it comes to fallout lore, and story telling. No one else can top you in that with quality videos like this. When you did all the Nuka World DLC videos, I absolutely loved them. I remember the one from long ago about how the Nuka World Ending is evil and why you should do Open Season. However depending on the point of view, and the goals of the faction, I believe they really are not as bad. I feel a video arguing that their not necessarily good, but they aren't entirely evil would make a great video. My points and opinions are listed below, but I personally this would make a good video, for it would be offering multiple points of view based on how you see the raider factions, and how they actually are setting up a powerful kingdom of sorts based on feudalism in a sort of fashion. I've noticed that in the game, the Nuka World Raiders seem to be a Kingdom made up of loyal Duchies or Counties (Each Raider Faction) united under a single ruler (Overboss), with smaller settlements as vassals to each raider faction. These settlements would be under a loyal lord to the faction. Now although you may force a settlement into supplying you, you basically are providing protection for that piece of land, and in exchange for that protection they do give resources, and loyalty. In the game it appears that these settlers are unhappy, but in reality they probably would be much more thankful to have a better chance at survival than them just being on their own out in the wastes with constant threats and would be more likely grateful for that protection in general. Assuming that these settlements are full of shops, and enough food to supply both the settlers, and the raiders, I don't see too much of a problem with these settlements and the raiders. The only real problem would them be losing their sovereignty by threats and force. As in the game, you can pay settlements for their loyalty, which is quite reasonable considering who these settlers are dealing with, and that at least they aren't losing their independence without a compensation or agreement of sorts. Now a flaw in this argument may be the fact that they are raiders, and their only goal is to raid, kill, and pillage. Now, Gage himself said in the game that these raiders all have goals, and priorities. They aren't any normal raiders. If there is an asset to them and their land, ex; "Traders, Large Cities, Population etc..." they will leave them alone, unless provoked otherwise . They would likely leave all other settlements alone unless there is an approval by their leaders or the Overboss to assault them, destroy them, etc... The difference between them and Commonwealth Raiders is that the Nuka World raiders have actual plans for conquest and control. They have actual effective methods for a steady supply of food, and clean water. Last of all, they are united under a banner of sorts. Once they are out of Nuka World, bad blood between the two remaining raider factions would eventually cease. The next problem would be, "What would happen if you, the SS died?" I could see the two remaining factions having some sort of bad blood, however I do not see them turning on each other and having a large war. The one thing in the game ourselves that we see in that would provide a sense of nationalism with the Nuka World Raiders is the raiding of the Power Plant by the least favored faction. This major conflict would provide a unity with the two remaining loyal factions, as they fight together against the enemy, dying in the battlefield together. When it comes to the population who doesn't fight and live in the vassal settlements, I can see these people being free people under whatever citizenship of this raider kingdom. Now with the slaves, the Pack themselves have that saying that "nobody is a slave that doesn't want to be" Something along those lines means that I think they choose the bunch of people who causes a "raider kingdom" trouble. I can see slaves working, and buying themselves their freedom. However this is just my theory of what would happen in a few years of the raids into the commonwealth, and their further establishments in the territory. They would setup some sort of Feudal Society, with well protected territory. The way I see it, the Raiders could become a Feudal-Reasonable-Democratic Caesar's Legion. One thing to note, if there was ever two raider factions canonical to this ending "imo" would have to be the Disciples and the Pack. I looked at the trailer, and noticed that when they showed off the parks, the Disciples would have the Bottling Plant and Galactic Zone, while the Pack in control of Safari Adventure, Dry Rock Gulch, and Kiddie Kingdom. I think this is a gray topic, but I can see the raiders becoming a unified Feudal-Free Kingdom with each raider faction eventually sporting combat armor, with their original logos and symbols on their armor, to distinguish themselves. Like if you think this would make an interesting video.
Unpredictable Josh Yes this is kind of true but there are some problems with the Nuka World raiders.Firstly they are still raiders. They still force settlers to pay them. The disciples enjoy torturing people and killing them with knifes the pack is feeding slaves to the Animals and the operators.. well they are kind of "normal". Secondly, I don't know how protected i'd feel when the raiders can just kill me for doing something that they don't like. And last but not least there is already a faction that is there protect settlements, the minuteman. The minutemen help you for free they are good people and are strong(in my play trough the minuteman had apcs tanks power armors and shit like that so the last point i made about the minuteman depens on you) (Also.. sorry for my grammar im still learning english)
I really do appreciate your opinion, and your arguments against my claims. I will provide you answers to yours of course based on what is likely to happen if the Nuka World Raiders are that strong. Number 1. While it is true that they force people to pay, they are forcing people to pay as a tax on them for protecting them. The case of which this would apply is vassal settlements. However if they are on the road and collecting tolls, they would in reality be collecting a tax, in-exchange they are allowed to use the roads, and bridges around the commonwealth apart of the Nuka World Gang's territory. Since the Nuka World Raiders have a means of production in society, a good leadership hierarchy, and gear they ultimately would have a lot of control over their own territory, compared to other raiders who "claim" territory but can't actually protect it, or control it themselves. Speaking of the torture aspect, and the pack feeding slaves to the animals, these appear as punishments for disobedience to their respective raider lords. Now slavery is not an okay thing, and cruel and unusual punishments should never be apart of any society, however this is comparable to how justice in the medieval ages and Elizabethan England was carried out. Any rumor of somebody doing something illegal would have them be captured and tortured. *Elizabethan Times* The raiders are clearly not nice when it comes to that, however for the Disciples to satisfy their need for blood, them fighting commonwealth raiders, gunners, and other hostile factions would work, rather than to kill innocent settlers which provide business, food, and other needed resources. Number 2. Depending on the circumstances, lets say a vassal to one of the raider gangs, or the SS themselves, if a raider were to kill anybody in these settlements without good cause, such as self defense, or rebellion, than you, or the other raider leaders would deal with that raider with some sort of punishment, or by death. If they kill their own work force, they can't provide food to feed themselves, or collect taxes. By destroying a vassal, or killing a settler that would surely affect production, and amount of money collected in revenues. If a raider were to disrupt that, than whoever did it would certainly be in deep trouble. Now if it were outside of vassals, and on the road or other small settlements, they would probably leave them alone, even if they give them wrong looks because it isn't in their priorities. Instead they could take them as slaves, or give them a home on other vassals, and keep growing the population for their Raider Kingdom. Number 3. As much as I do like the Minutemen, their is one flaw that is overlooked. Its no their lack of gear, or quality weapons, leadership, or anything like that. They would be really powerful by the endgame, and contain a lot of quality gear to operate with. Their main flaw is that they act as a military force ONLY defending a loose confederation of large settlements with their own priorities. The minutemen don't enforce settlement laws, or have any say in how they operate or govern themselves. They just protect it, and let other settlements do as they please as long as it doesn't involve war against another settlement within the confederation. If one settlement has beef with another one, that would make those Minutemen Companies for their respective settlement territories not kind to one another, and perhaps not function well together during battle, or if a large threat were to approach. The Minutemen are a good faction, but they Defend, they do not Govern.
I love how he never went into the shack he built on top of the main building. How did he miss that? Also, he and Evilvik- I mean, Ranger Dave would get along well.
Thanks Oxhorn it's just I'm not big on settlement builds. Please keep it up there are so many people who do focus on it. Thank You for every video you do.
This was quite nice. I can remember some of your old settlement videos. I realy like your Vault 88 (was it 88?) build or your little outside vaulttip at the airport.
Ox, I just want to say I appreciate every video of yours that I watch! That always bring a smile to my face. But last night you said you were tired, so I hope and pray that you aren’t pushing yourself to hard to get these videos out, and I hope that your staying happy and healthy...Love your videos, goodbye😁
Hey Ox a quick fix for the over abundance of vanilla traveling shops is to have two of those things, may look a bit gaudy but tucking them away seems to help. I'm on Xbox but it might help. I feel at home on Far Harbor after growing up on Vashon, but this is also my fave from the commonwealth. Love the vids keep up the grate work.
I love how random videos just feel like more settled down coz they don’t have 7363573258353826845281649528354937926328638452853835283528353864926394619629370382936466662377437826373726137363726373637637335800857726363727 Comments
hey Oxhorn, welcome back to the settlement building community ! I like your settlement, there's some good ideas and thenks to have figured a way for settlers to go down roof ^^ I think my favorite part is your metal shack, but your interior decoration is pretty neat =) btw did you know slot machines can snap together? you need to be on the ground and not a floor they'll snap together just fine and will save you some space, then simply hold E it will select them all and you'll be able to place them inside =) nice trick with the big pillar to make your cables believable. Really funny glitch with the dog ^^ Btw there's plenty of builders that do videos, they tend to inspire each other and it could be worth a look for inspiration. Anyway it's been a long time since your last settlement tour and I greatly enjoyed it =) thank you again for uploading such great videos
I would never go this far in decorating my settlements. But Sommerville is my favourite. I actually like that it is sloped. So I try to make like one castle on the slopes with spires.
I like watching your vids. I built a massive vault 88 and that ruined settlement building for me forever so I downloaded sim settlement rise of the commonwealth and let that do everything for me. I just don’t have the time or patience to do this but I admire your creativity.
Another great build. It made me think of a video I would love to see. What would the commonwealth look like if all of your big settlements sent a provisioner to settlements near the corners of the maps? So most settlements send out 4 provisioners, and 4 corner settlements will be overwhelmed by brahmin. I think it would be interesting to see the main roads of the commonwealth full of traders/ patrolling guards.
love your videos, one of the best channels. I like the new approach to settlement building. Have you considered putting themes to your settlements: a military settlement that is close to opposition, Atom cats garage 2.0, making Hangman's Alley a refugee point for synths, etc. You do an amazing job, keep it going.
The "Metal pods" are good for a workshop for all the crafting work benches oh and the second brahmin was under the brahmin barn you can see it at the 23:31 mark
So I had a thought about the rooftop settlers. I primarily had this problem with stations that'd attract crowds, like bars, restaurants, the Vault 88 Soda Dispenser, and the Raider Chem Dispenser - not sure if that's the whole problem, but it seems as though when settlers try flocking around these social areas, they tend to have a hard time actually getting close to them. Navmeshes prolly tell them they can go X-amount of feet around the invisible pathways to circumnavigate obstacles and to provide more natural movement (as opposed to always walking in a strict, straight line in the center of a room), but this works not only for horizontal, but vertical movement as well (for some reason...?). So, when an area that a settler tries to access gets to crowded, they'll simply teleport to some new location that'll work best - on top of tables, the floor above the item, the roof, through the roof of the cave wall that was centimeters above the roof, so on n' so on. Buh I dunno, could be we got magical, teleporting, Zetan, Settlement-Infiltrating spies, who also enjoy the occasional parkour, hm hm.
I have been playing F4 for about 2 months now, and I get the weirdest sensation when I'm in settlements- I do not want to leave, and I want them to be as safe and secure as they can be. Working in Vault 88, the main reason I bought the game, all those spooky sounds just freak me out so much! I have closed off all of the side access tunnels with concrete. Well... I just realized I can turn the ambient sounds down or completely off. That may help. It is such a strange feeling to be so spooked by a video game though. I also put up so many lights it completely crashed the game twice! lol
I made my Somerville look like a hobbit like place. A mere 7 settlers live there, divided by shack balcony fences between the main entrance road and land with cultivations under those divisions. 2 sentries and 2 minutemen guards with the mod "Militarized Minutemen" clothes, work there. Eh, it's always raining, i hardly can take good screenshots.
if your into settlement fortifications you could download a really good mod called sandbag fortifications that adds a lot of new post, fences and decor even adds a guard tower perfect for snipers
Yep. He also said he didn't have time to complete a video. To be honest, grinding out 6 videos a week is a ton of work. Even though it IS his job, most people only work 5 days a week. Once in a blue moon he'll miss a deadline. Just life.
Yeah i dont mind thought because when Ox is doing Scotch and Smoke rings , its a diffrent vibe, but when he does his lore or setllement videos, one feels its Ox as the master storyteller and Narrator, and one is inclined to sit back and listen. Scotch and Smoke rings is slightly more interactive and partly a discussion. I dont mind the Scotch and smoke rings but i like this better, I Wasnt into Metro Last Light, but Bioshock looks more interesting. I cant complain, Oxhorn not only has a very dedicated work ethic, but he also has a very extensive back catalog, so theres always something to watch or rewatch. Like he did some filming on this using the MechGen character, which led me to re-re-watch the Metal General build video Oxhorn did, which inspired my own play through, very Minutemen and BOS inspired, although he's just got into sneak attacks. Kind of a jack of all trades.
Oxhorn I would love to see you do a settlement build using sim settlements or even design one of the new city plans that come with the rise of the commonwealth addon I always love your settlement builds and would love to see how you use sim settlements.
Yes! More settlement builds! Will you be revisiting all your builds Ox as well as revisiting older and newer settlement mods ? I hope so as there are loads of new and updated ones.

While exploring the southernmost section of the commonwealth, we stumble upon an egregious bullet sponge...
I think is build is just shitty or something
The settlers climb on top of the chem store is because they want to get high
John Mansfield i like dat joke dat funny
This is a joke hancock would make
nice
I love this game, but holy crap, settlers standing rooftops pisses me off so much. Like, of all places to hang out…
19:08 The Brahmin isnt glitched Oxhorn its Break dancing, its 80s night tonight at the Sommerville tavern!

You know what you need Ox? You need that firework stand that came with contraptions. There is a firework that you can make so you can have whatever weather you want. You can make it so it is always clear at Somerville Place.
I absolutely dislike how many bullets are required to kill on higher difficulties. Harder difficulty should mean easier to DIE not harder to KILL.
Scary Terry you die easier too. It doesn't really make it harder, it just takes longer and you need more ammo.
Scary Terry If you're a mod user look up a modder named Gromdal. He or she has two that change vanilla combat: Deadly Wasteland and Better Combat - Hardcore Rebalance. I haven't used either yet but they look interesting.
I think it's because he's at a really high level. Enemies become bullet sponges once you're really far in the game.
Joe B that does sound interesting, thanks.
zpmvb123 I already knew that lol. I don’t mind it that much when I come to think of it, but I find it to be tedious when a single “average” difficulty NPC needs to be pumped full of 2-4 mags worth of 5.56, .308 or 7.62
Neato! That tip with the stairs for settlers on the roofs is something I didn't know. What a lovely creative settlement!
Can Roof Brahmin become a T-shirt?
Good 2 year old question, have a like.

Vault 95 is just around the corner, maybe they can get the material from there if you have cleared the place.
_十十十 "it's not like you'll find a vault here" has a vault like 200 Meters away
When it comes to settlements I use several types:
Minuteman fortress (or outpost depending on size) large amount of well equipped soldiers with some level of farming in case of a long siege (enough to feed the population) and a almost ridiculous amount of defences
Farm self explanatory has a modest amount of defences and soldiers ridiculously large amount of crops (enough to feed several settlements)
Supply depot similar to the Minuteman Fortress except in the fact that supply caravans from your settlements go through here and congregate and could act as an communication centre for Minuteman HQ (got to get word about settlements from somewhere)
I hope this helps or at the least gives ideas your in settlement building the types are very vague for flexibly purposes
I've been binge-watching a lot of your fallout 4 videos and i'm grateful your channel exist. I literally just clear dungeons as fast as possible get the drops and leave and then just come to hear you explain the lore to me because i'm lazy.
Can't wait for the mothership zeta dlc.
Steve Johnson i still love the old world blues intro
Steve Johnson boi👏
07 sev *cough cough*
He meant a Mothership Zeta series.
Sensei Llama cough cough you should have been more specific
07 sev *lung cancer*
should have paid more attention
Thank you Ox for coming back to Fallout 4. You built much more than I usually do. You've taught me much.
Oxhorn best boi. Know it's out of the blue, but guy's great and his pleasant demeanor is overall refreshing in this day and age.
What started as a new exciting tour almost immediately escalated into a showcase of Bugthesda. That being said, I really enjoyed seeing a new settlement and hope to see more in the future!
Lovely build Ox I enjoyed the “behind the scenes “ in scotch and smoke rings
The spotlights out front make you feel safe...perhaps but it sure looks like Stalag 13 from Hogans Heros lol
I think this settlement you built was amazing! It felt more like a minutemen outpost and I loved it, thx for doing what you do!
FINALLY A SETTLEMENT BUILD!!!
I like when people who build settlements to publish stop at the basic infrastructure.
It allows people like myself to customize it to our own personal taste.
Fantastic take on the Somerville Place settlement! Will definitely incorporate this one into my Minuteman play-through.
Thanks for the ideas! The settlement area looks bigger than what I had thought
Lately I started making settlements smaller, excluding spawn points from them and using all sorts of garbage around settlements as link points for walls. Second type of guard post also comes in handy, since settlers don't bug out with its elevation, unlike manually made towers, and it can serve as linking point as well.
Well done Ox! I've always imagined Somerville Place as an actual town. Keep up the good work!
Booyah settlement build.
This is why I'm still subscribed. I'm glad I held out hope.
Thanks for doing the settlement OX!
I’ve missed this settlements builds ☺️☺️ they’ve always been so relaxing
The holy trinity of crops: Muttfruit, Corn, and Tato. Because I like mass producing adhesive since I go through it like hot cakes.
I’d hate to live so close to the glowing sea, but you gotta do what you gotta do! Great settlement Ox!
I have been waiting for another build. I have been waiting years, it was why I subbed, but your content is so good, you had me hooked like an adict.
Maybe not years but it felt like it.
Hey Oxhorn, another great video as always. Have you ever did a video about Coastal Cottage? I would love to see a full Minuteman base there, you probably need place everywhere for it but I think that would be a great video. Keep up the good work!
Thanks man! I really hope he will revisit is someday...
Yay we get to watch Oxhorn's settlement builds again!
I always build walls around my settlements even sanctuary
I only did for outpost zimonja (I think that's how it's spelled) because I built as more of an outpost, thus the name, so there's only 8 people and some spotlights and turrets
*Is it just me, or does he sound kinda sad in this video?*
Ya I thought something was off too. I don't really "watch" I tend to "listen" to what he says as I do something else in the background and something didn't sound right. There was sadness, frustration in his voice.
Late to the vid, but yeah I thought something seemed slightly off in his voice like he wasn't enjoying himself at all.
this might be an old recorded vid his mic used to sound like this
i am sort of late but that is because he recorded both the video and the audio at the same time with no script, usually, for his lore videos he gets all the footage and records the narrative after,.
YES! While norespawns and cordlessVII are the main settlement guys I always have missed your style
This is a very useful settlement because if you're on survival dificulty its the first safe place when you have to go in or out of the glowing sea.
The minutemen help you for free they are good people and are strong(in my play trough the minuteman had apcs tanks power armors and shit like that so the last point i made about the minuteman depens on you)
(Also.. sorry for my grammar im still learning english)
Awesome video ox!!! Your super busy I will be ok with 5 or less videos a week because I’m sure they take a ton of your time.
I love how he never went into the shack he built on top of the main building. How did he miss that? Also, he and Evilvik- I mean, Ranger Dave would get along well.
Heck yes! I love these videos and I'm super-glad that you're re-doing this again!
He probably prerecords like everyone else on TH-cam.
Nice. I missed these settlement builds.
'It's rainy all the time', youre preaching to the choir, I live in Vancouver
I love how random videos just feel like more settled down coz they don’t have 7363573258353826845281649528354937926328638452853835283528353864926394619629370382936466662377437826373726137363726373637637335800857726363727

hey Oxhorn, welcome back to the settlement building community ! I like your settlement, there's some good ideas and thenks to have figured a way for settlers to go down roof ^^
I think my favorite part is your metal shack, but your interior decoration is pretty neat =)
btw did you know slot machines can snap together? you need to be on the ground and not a floor they'll snap together just fine and will save you some space, then simply hold E it will select them all and you'll be able to place them inside =)
nice trick with the big pillar to make your cables believable.
Really funny glitch with the dog ^^
Btw there's plenty of builders that do videos, they tend to inspire each other and it could be worth a look for inspiration.
Anyway it's been a long time since your last settlement tour and I greatly enjoyed it =) thank you again for uploading such great videos
Your glitched Brahmin is quite the dancer,he's got the moves.
Walks into the shack sees bramin hanging out at the bar. Lmfao
I like that at 6:35 Oxhorn says nothing of preston vanishing
I would never go this far in decorating my settlements. But Sommerville is my favourite. I actually like that it is sloped. So I try to make like one castle on the slopes with spires.
I like watching your vids. I built a massive vault 88 and that ruined settlement building for me forever so I downloaded sim settlement rise of the commonwealth and let that do everything for me. I just don’t have the time or patience to do this but I admire your creativity.
not the Brahmin on the roof at 2:59 I am sobbing 😂🤣
There's a supply shack with a Sentry Bot right up the hill. Bunch of concrete bags there. And a vault just a little bit past that.
i love the look of the gate
What’s your favorite quest in Fallout OX?
The sounds that Raider made while being killed though!😂😂😂
22:30, there's your 2nd brahmen under the barn.
the dog is sitting on the fence about whether to be in the dog house area or not
I'll be quiet now
The "Metal pods" are good for a workshop for all the crafting work benches oh and the second brahmin was under the brahmin barn you can see it at the 23:31 mark
I could never figure out what to do with Somerville, that hill just perplexed me, now I think I can maybe tackle it.
Raider: Expresses himself in artistic ways
Your not so friendly Oxhon: aight imma destroy this mans whole career
For a sore back, ride the vibrating bramen, new at the Bar! That water looks like a good place for a Mirelurk den!
:)
Have a great weekend Oxhorn.
I also put up so many lights it completely crashed the game twice! lol
hey oxhorn love your videos!! .. recently i started playing fallout 4 and i finished the main plot.. thanks for the wonderful videos ..
You could say they got stuff from Vault 95 if you cleared that out since it's close by.
Fallout 4 did us Somerville residents dirty.
I like how this build was mostly vanilla assets I’m on ps4 so I can’t get most mods so I love vanilla settlement builds to help inspire me
Oxhorn build.....CordlessVII decoration colab anyone?? Love your videos btw
if your into settlement fortifications you could download a really good mod called sandbag fortifications that adds a lot of new post, fences and decor even adds a guard tower perfect for snipers
Had no idea you were from Seattle, no wonder i love me some Oxhorn
Finally another settlement build! Thanks ox!
I saw this last night
Fegilgod_154 same
Is that a complaint folks?
Same
I love your settlements. So well built!
Oxhorn I would love to see you do a settlement build using sim settlements or even design one of the new city plans that come with the rise of the commonwealth addon I always love your settlement builds and would love to see how you use sim settlements.
I watched the live stream of the rebuilding of Somerville place
th-cam.com/video/_6m7a_nAKAQ/w-d-xo.html
How are you feeling today, Ox?
Cool. And it appears as if the Barber got into the chems. LOL
I look at your settlements, and then I look at mine. And then I cry. Lol.
Nice to see the MechGen in use, its kinda the build i followed, but as a jack of all trades
Finally a settlement video! Nice one!
I found your second brahmin. 23:31 under your barn 😂 those wacky brahmin always glitching
Yes! More settlement builds! Will you be revisiting all your builds Ox as well as revisiting older and newer settlement mods ? I hope so as there are loads of new and updated ones.
Dang Oxhorn that rhyme at 5:18!
This looks great,
good video. Thank you Oxhorn.
I am not sure I have found this place despite having scoured the Commonwealth from top to bottom. It really is in the middle of nowhere.
It’s actually pronounced like “Summerville” Love the videos 👍
YAY MORE SETTLEMENT BUILDING
ox you should build a doughnut shop & arcade settlement at some point
