    I'm working in JITM skills India pvt Ltd. since one year but they are are not approved my maternity leave. They are saying In my company there are no maternity leave. You can go without leave application. Maine inform Kiya tha HR ko seven months chal rhe hain bol ap jao abhi application sign nhi kiye. Jab government rights diye hain karbayi bhi to karni chahiye. Mai continue 10 years se working hu in industrial area also I have ESI card also but es company mein one year se hu continue nhi karte ESI also.

    I am 1.5 months pregnant and my condition doesn’t allow me to travel or stay away from the family … I am asking work from home and they are not allowing me … they r not leaving me any other option than leaving the organisation.
    Please guid me through and help to get my maternity leave

    My daughter is forced to resign or relocate to Mumbai by her organisation
    She is 5 months pregnant and working in the same organisation for last 2 years and working in Delhi office
    What should she do?

    My company is forcing me for transfer to another state just during the joining after the maternity leave. Its difficult for me to move with my 3 months old baby. Is it legal that the company is doing this or any law to help me

    On starting of 4rth month , she is having increased nausea and vomitting and Dr. Has Prescribed rest for 10 days, still the organisation is not approving her leave, what can be done ?

    Hi I am in my 7th month of pregnancy and facing some complications due to which dr. has advised me not to travel. So I asked my company for wfh but they denied and forced me to go on leaves. It has been 1 month that I am on leaves and now my leaves are getting over. I am planning to go on maternity leaves 8 weeks before my due date but still I might need some unpaid leaves as well before maternity. I am quite sure that my manager and HR will not agree even for unpaid leaves.. can they force me to resign in this scenario ? How should I handle this situation ? Please help 😢 I am going through lot of mental stress due to this..

    Meri company. Me aisa sune me aya th ki pregnant lady ko. Job se nikal dete hai isliye mene kisi ko inform nahi kia jab mujhe 22 weeka ho gye (6 months +) tab mene company ko mail drop kia usme hr owner, director, jitne bhi log the sabko rakha its been 2days kisi ne reply nahi. Kia mere mail ka lets see kya hota. Hai..

    Mera first maternity leave 1/2/23 to 2/8/23 tha mera second pregnancy hai jisme mera maternity leave 15/10/24 hoga par company mujhe pip laga chuki hai ye jante huye bhi ki mai pregnant hu aur mujhe bola ki Mai maternity benefit ke liye eligible nahi hu please help me

    Sir mera 6th month shuru hai..last month maine company me pregnency k bare me bataya to mujhe resign krne ko bola..kyu ki company mujhe leave nhi de sakti aur unpaid leave ki maang ki to use bhi nakar diya.. probation period me kya company mujhe resign dene k liye force kar sakti hai??

      No they can't and as per rule any organisation cannot fire any pregnant employee
