I remember working at Sears at that Mall. Christmas was crazy. That's a reason why people started shopping online. I remember going to the Movies at that Theater watching Sleepy Hollow. I was so tired from work that I went to sleep. My gal woke me up by scratching me when she got scared. I shopped at that Target as well. The food was really inexpensive at that Ulta store. It was a wonderful time to be young and making your own money. I miss that Mall. I loved the Eastern European people who were there. They were older couples. Good times
My Dad worked at Sears at the outside warehouse from the late 60's to the late 70's. He would get tickets to the Golf Mill Theater and I remember seeing Jim Nabors there as a kid. I remember the large Koi fish in the pond outside the mall.
I'm the Chicagoland area but didn't get to really visit this mall until I was an adult in 2012 and 2013. Even though there were signs of decline, it was still decently occupied back then. I believe I went there once as a child in the late 80s but was too young to remember it well.
Wow, I came here late 80's and early 90's with my mom and brothers. I remember the huge fountain they had and we would throw pennies in it and make a wish. The food court was huge and I always went to Sbarro's when I was there. I don't remember particular stores so I wonder if we went there to walk around and have lunch. I haven't been back since mid 90s and it looks NOTHING like I remember at all :(
I had countless childhood memories here, namely playing at the arcade that used to be there called “Replay”. It’s gonna be a sad day and hurt my heart if they ever demolish it.
Heartbreaking to see another mall i frequented in distress. I remember going there as a kid, with my family, when it was an outdoor mall. I remember the water wheel and water features. I think they had live fish inside too.

I had a kids toys store there, we spent 11 years there and had lovely memories. Eventually shut down the business in 2016 . I still miss those days 😔
Beautiful skylight.
I used to come to this mall a lot with my Grandma as a kid. Sad to see what’s happened to it

Are a lot of stores open but weren't when you were there? maybe cause of covid?

What time in the day did you film this? I'm curious.
Saturday just after opening.
I remember coming here and seeing how dead it is. It is sad how it came.
This Was A Saturday? How Depressing
I live there

Will there be a livestream? You should just walk around town if you don't want to show your face.
There will be, just deciding which day to do it. Meanwhile enjoy the content.
