I've, worked in Retail for 39 years and I have been through 2 Store Mergers and 2 Store Closings. The, Store Closings that I worked at, a Kmart Store Closing. Other, nearby locations near a Store Closing Sale,would bring any Merchandise to get rid of, came to a Closing Store. They, usually Condense the Merchandise until the Merchandise is Gone. And the Store Fixtures and Shopping Carts were also for Sale. Out of the 5 Retailers that I worked for, and I was able to Retire out of a Meijer Store. My, last Store Closing, that I worked was a Kmart Store Closing.
