My grandmother used to have us park her in the car in front of the city theatre get her popcorn and let her people watch while we shopped for clothes as kids. She would enjoy her popcorn and coke while we shopped and we went back to check on her every little while.

I was in a band outta Tempe that used to roll up to Prescott to play on the Row. Fun town. Back then ( late 90's early 00's ) there was always a contingent of day drinkers there. Some of the bars treated us nice ( JJ's, Whiskey River Tavern, etc. ). Some not so nice ( The Bird Cage). But the People there were always great.

I wonder, if she has no expectation of privacy in public, what legal leg can she stand on to demand that you remove her face from the video? Maybe include the demand letter that forced you to do this, next time it happens.

Well they better consider dropping their insurance company because that is a crappy policy if they could lose it if someone on the public sidewalk points their camera at the door. That would be a pretty precarious policy.
