Because they have to breakdown several techniques as coaches it inevitably has to appear as “so much”. If you’re truly passionate about being great it’s nonstop. Except for the need to recover of course. Greatness is about trial and error, understand that these guys are tutoring SEVERAL VARIATIONS of athletes around the world. Keep working, don’t be afraid to fail, find YOUR OWN unique sweet spot and keep working kid!! 🤟🏾🙌🏾 And shout to the excellence of these coaches.

lol. bought this program last month. yea I got the main programs inside(At home EGT and EJT) but still don't have access to the bonuses(film study, mind gym, etc.). No response from email support team. disappointed!
Hey coach I bought the program and when I press workout number 1 for the indoor workouts and the first three videos all require password and I entered my password I use to login but it won’t work. Another thing that is strange is that only those three videos in the whole program including film room,mind gym, and vertical workouts that require passwords. Please help
Hi Nathaniel, you don't have to download any app -- you can simply access your programs at app.eliteguardtraining.com -- there is nothing to download, just log in and start training :-)

Hi Hyah, we don't recommend training your jump shot with a heavy ball, only a regulation ball. You can definitely train your handles with a heavy ball, though.
